The app is simple, functions well and is a great app for home owners, flippers, real estate agents, and buyers! It gives great estimated costs for remodels and has plenty of ways in which it can expand for great future updates!

This app is a lot of fun for your own home. It’s great to see the evaluations and remodel estimates. But, It would have been AWESOME when we were looking and comparing homes to buy. It’s an excellent tool for comparing your own pictures and not just real estate listing pics. And you don’t have to organize it yourself or try to remember the specifics; they’re organized for you! Just be sure to get as much of a room in one shot to get the best information.

The Kukun Homes app is excellent; it is super easy to use. The AI works very well. After I showed it a picture of my bedroom, it told me it had to be cleaned (I’m sure my mom would like this app, it tells me to clean my room!). This analysis was very accurate. While I don’t really enjoy another person telling me to clean my room, it is very impressive how accurate the AI’s performance is. The Kukun Homes app has a lot of aura, and I expect a lot of W rizzlers to be using it. If you don’t want to be a skibidi L rizzler, and lose a ton of aura, then this is the app for you. I would give this a 6/7 - just kidding! 10/10. Would recommend. As always, Carthago delenda est.

Y’all I promise not kidding that I didn’t use AI to make this song thingy. AI is smarter than that in a sense. Kind of. Not really. By the way Sargon means “Legit King”. I am the Sargon of this song.

Yes, Bob Dylan’s works are exceptional masterpieces, tricky to best by anything in any category, but Kukun Homes has come very, very close. It is Definitely worth downloading onto your phone, no matter how much finger power it can take to press a few buttons…
