Our of stock production shows as available

I ordered several products through the app, but the next day customer service called to inform me that they were actually out of stock. I was told my refund would be processed within 27 days. Today is the 25th day, and I still haven’t received my refund. The app should not show out-of-stock products as available, and refunds should be processed much faster.
