Hopeless design, user friendly very poor
Avoid, no proof, money focused agents
We took basic package to know our kuldevi. Kulvriksh agent connected us to pandit.
Pandit called us and told us our kuldevi location. But, without any photograph or ancestry, we had no choice to believe in good faith.
To verify, we asked to upgrade to bigger package to know ancestors name. They demanded 15K more to tell us that. Pandit asked ₹51000 for pind daan of ancestors to discuss further. We didn’t communicate further, they didn’t try to help without payment
So without proof you have to spend about ₹70000 for names you are not sure

Not helping
This application is not appropriate, as nothing is found as shown in the advertisement. Whenever any task is given, it immediately shows a message saying “visit the website for more information.” Nothing is available as advertised. In my opinion, I did not get any help from this application. It can be called a bad application.
