Had the app for two weeks the all the sudden wouldn’t let me long in! Won’t send me a email to reset anything won’t let me start another acct bc it says my email is in use. I loved the app for 2 was then it crashed

Sign in issue
I can’t sign into my account been trying for like a year now! I try to retrieve the forgot password email but it never gets to me. They told me check spam folders and they weren’t there either. I know I’ve accumulated over like 200 dollars on here for sure
Won’t let me log in
I have used to Kum and Go app for quite a while, and I am trying to login and now the email in the system has been changed from my email so I can no longer login. Since there is no way to use a phone number to login I have no access to my account. It still lets me put the phone number in at the pump so I get points, but they have just been accumulating.

Pain in the butt
Constantly logs you out, forgets your password so you have to reset it all the time
Useless and unusable
I have been unable to sign in to the app for 2 months. Every time I have requested to reset my password, I never receive the email or receive a notification that my account does not exist. I have reached out to customer service and have received no actual help, just confirmation that there is an issue. Just use rewards from a different gas station.

Signed me out won’t let me log in
I’m trying to use my points that expire stupid fast but the app logged me out and won’t let me reset my password. Won’t even let me make a new account because the email I’m trying to log in with already has an account. I keep trying to log in and it’s saying no matching guest. It’s contradicting itself.

Stop signing me out constantly

Keep getting logged out and user not recognized, yet can’t Signup with same user name.
Doesn’t work after latest update
Can’t even sign in and can’t even do a password reset. Deleted the app and reinstalled but that didn’t help.
Steadily got worse until…
The app was pretty decent a few years ago, over time and “updates” it got a little worse. Less usable options in the app and features removed, but it still functioned and did what it needed to.
There is never bakery items or warm food
Every time I go to Kum and go there’s never warm food and I can’t get my free item from my birthday I was so excited to get it but every time I go there out

Weird errors most of the time.
It regularly won’t recognize my user name and email, and won’t let me open a new account because my email and phone number are already in use. So pretty useless overall.
Not bad
I don’t mind the app. However I can not overlook the constant signing the users out of the app, when I’m in line and ready to scan I don’t feel comfortably searching for my password to log in quickly for points, second issue is the fact that the points expire fairly quickly, app is good for constant trips to Kum and Go but still worth it if you want a free item on Friday, you can log in with your phone number at check out. I prefer that method.

Worst App in the History of Earth?
We are at a ten+ year track record of this app not remembering or recognizing log-in credentials/returning users. Face ID doesn’t work. Saved passwords aren’t recognized. Takes places 1 through 10 of most frustrating apps a human can experience.
