fix the damn app already
i legit was trying to call my girlfriend on it cuz the safari online one was pissing me off cuz i couldn’t type in it and it was hard to use while i was doing other things on my phone or computer with it so when i saw it had a app on ios i was like oh damn finally a app where it can be easier…..Not. It was even worse everything was grayed out and i was only able to sign in through gmail not apple or anything else besides microsoft but still i couldn’t click on anything to call people or message anyone cuz it was just a screen with no working buttons and it was just a bad experience with the app itself cuz of how badly glitchy it was and how nothing was working ever when i was clicking on them and nothing was happening besides me being able to sign out 😭 which i didn’t want to do ofc cuz i was hoping for it to be better and perfect but sadly it wasn’t so please to the creators of this app and site you know there’s bad bugs in it because i see all the reviews of people saying the same stuff as i am right now so fix it for us please so we can enjoy it and give better reviews for you and your team.

the website AND the app didn’t work. The Sign in with Apple also didn’t work, literally everything else like another review said. The only button that worked for me on the app was the sign out button. The website doesn’t let me do anything too, and doesn’t let me join meetings. I do not recommend this until it’s fixed.

Too many bugs!
When I first got in, I couldn’t do anything. I couldn’t press nothing but sign out. Nothing worked, I can’t create or join any spaces! It sounded cool but it wasted my time. Remind me when it’s fixed, I’m no longer dealing with such bugged app. At least give me the option to make a space.

Doesn’t have basically anything from the website it just spawns you in a random place in a room, and you can’t even move

This app is missing all of the basics. It also has pretty terrible user experience and interface. For one, at least add Chat functionality! Second, organize and present the room structure in such a way that doesn’t make it look like a chat app. Frustrating to use. If it can’t even replace Slack’s mobile app, then I don’t see the point of a mobile app at all.

We need the chat function!!!
Maybe it’s too much of an ask for now to have the same visual office experience on the desktop. But, it would be very very nice to at least have the chat function on the app. Some people prefers messaging and I am not always sitting in front of the computer to respond to chats! Would be great if I can just respond to messages wherever and whenever.

Good version 1 but missing the best feature which is the room and seeing other people on the map.
Unable to interact with the virtual space on mobile
It doesn’t make any sense why the core purpose of this service is not available on the app.
I hope in the future they are able to make updates and include it. I love KumoSpace and would be nice to have the virtual space available on the mobile app.

Não é bom para celular.
É muito melhor no computador, nem todo mundo tem computador ou notebook, meu amigo não tem. É muito ruim pois não dá para apertar algum botão de reagir(emoji) por exemplo, pois quando pressiona eles aparecem e quando vai apertar para escolher o emoji ele desaparece. Também não gostei do fato de ele não explicar que não dá pra andar no espaço no app, apenas no site, gostaria que tivesse uma mecânica diferente para celular, já que como eu disse nem todo mundo tem computador e celular e computador são coisas diferentes. Tirando isso o site é bom no quesito de organizar e colocar algum vídeo no YouTube para assistir, mas acredito que isso tudo só seja possível ser bom apenas no computador, mas o site é legal no computador, ele é bem organizado.
