That right there is the ratio of percentage you’re going to get right of questions. If you use this app this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used tutors would constantly report you for random things just so they can get credit for the answers and if they did give you an answer, it would always be incorrect. It wouldn’t answer, right or they would only answer one part. Service that’s so expensive. They’re so cheap with their tutors and then you try to contact them and they tell you. Oh we’re going to do better trust us and that’s all they tell you do not recommend.

Unreliable, slow, don’t waste your money
It’s extremely slow, it takes forever to get a response and they’re wrong most of the time. It takes 10 tries to find the right answer.

I love this app it makes communicating with a tutor so easy and you do not have to pay to ask a question

Not true to their word
They do not answer in 15 minutes as said I’m stifling waiting for 6 hours for one answer. 1 hour for 3 other answers. Why say answer 15 min if this is not the fact remotely?

Great app! Worth the buy however the tutors need to have patience when being contacted. They are rude to disabled people.

This app is amazing I mean it does take long for the tutors to respond back, also sometimes the hand writing is a little messy but they are very helpful.
My account got deleted ?
I did like this app because it was getting me through chem but one day I got on the app and see my account was deleted ??? I’m already paying $25 just for it to get deleted when it says unlimited questions .. anyways this app does help but if you are being timed i don’t recommend they can take hours sometimes .

Good but also not good
I have had this app for some time. I am a sophomore and have been using this for homework. There's a lot of good tutors and stuff but there's downsides. You have to pay for credits which not everyone could afford especially if they have no job or no income making it difficult to use the app. I would use the free ads for credits but recently I've no longer had the option. I'm out of credits and I'm basically forced to have to buy some.
