Something is up with this app
Internal server error messages, won’t let me redeem free drink, tells me things are unavailable, can’t figure out locations relative to mine. Never had these problems before.
Matcha
App is pretty good and easy to use but every time I order a matcha, it’s the worst matcha I get no matter the location. Train you barista for matcha, thank you
Worst app ever
Actually is impossible to order anything. Spend 20 min trying to put in an order with app crashing and not showing correct locations just to have to create an account and crash after that. Then finally reorder on my new account and boom now I have to type in credit card. By the time you can actually get your order placed it’s 30 min late and now you’re late for work. Good luck

Extremely Frustrating
This app literally made me want to scream out loud. It’s not functional. You guys need to fire your programmer.
REWARDS
won't let me use my rewards for my free drink but the app works perfectly fine why I order and pay with my debit card. I have accumulated so many points from purchasing coffee before I go to work; this is ridiculous.
Bugged
App doesn’t let you redeem rewards, shows the rewards but then always says there’s an error. Often says it can’t order things on the app because they are out of stock, but then I will go in person to the store and they will not be out of stock.

App isn’t loading I have uninstalled and installed many time and it’s not working super frustrating!
