Things to know if youre going to get this app
Ive been reading manga since 2009 so ive been on my fair share of manga reader apps. Here are some things i think people should know about this app before getting it:
- Yes, you can download manga for offline viewing but you have to buy the subscription for the premium version if the app
- No, you cannot download manga chapters without having the app open. If you are downloading, you have to keep the app open, or else there will be a download error.
- There is a huge variety of manga, manhua, and manhwa.
- Each comic on the app right now says it has like 500+ chapters, thats a lie. Each comic has multiple sources, which helps when one source corrupts, but it inflates the number of chapters.
for example; a comic will have 6 Chapter Ones each from a different source, which will make a one-chapter comic seem like it has 6 chapters.
this makes downloading manga annoying. if you have to save space and not use 8Gbs to download 30 chapters, you have to go and pick which chapter source to download for each chapter.
i wish there was a way to filter this out to make downloading easier.
For the free version:
- the ads come every few chapters. which is nice when a comic has long chapters, but annoying when you read comics with short chapters (like 4-koma)
- the ads are the type where you have to wait to click 3 different times to close the ad (so it always takes like 30 seconds minimum)
- you have access to all the same comics
i dont remember if you can download anything on the free version, go look at other reviews.
Overall, it's a decent app that's annoying to use for downloading at the moment. The wide variety of comics is fantastic, they even have really old manga. 👍

The app is great but It’s glitching
Update messed it up
Everything was working earlier today until I updated the app. Now nothing loads it keeping going in an endless loop of verifying over and over. Please fix

It’s just alright
Like always there’s good and bad with any reader out there, this one has a looooot of good but also waaaaaay more bad. Biggest issue broken manga (i.e. chapter 10, then a repeat as chapters 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, etc..) it’s super annoying because it makes all the different reads look like they have a ton of chapters out when really they have 20 and then 60 some-odd repeats of all the chapters broken into bite sized portions for no reason. The app itself works great usually but that is the most annoying early-2000’s-random-probably gonna give my computer a virus-ahh-garbage-website stuff. Be better.

The book: A sense of amusement/ plaything
So I was able to find my favorite manga and Im so happy cause the others are either fake don’t load or just charge you for one book and you can’t even find the one ur looking for:)

The app is great love variety of manga but it’s hard to really enjoy reading it when chapters aren’t updating
This isn't bad at all
This is my first time using the app and I love it, it's just like my old app but way better and less ads. I came to this one because the last app wouldn't let me get off of the ads, the x wasn't showing up and they had issues with the stories I was reading just not working wouldn't even let me in, also had an ad every five seconds! Get into the ap an ad tap a chapter an ad it was very annoying but thiss this all is so good it has every story I was reading on the other app! But uhh on the stories not all of the picture is showing it's a black box cutting off words and the picture can you guys fix this maybe?

I think your site is great but can be better with the auto scroll and the auto book reader with different voices like your watching a Movie I think it will bring more value to your site

Great app but small issue
The app is amazing, I love using it and it has little to no issues. My only problem using it is that it crashes on me sometimes or panels don’t load. Other than that it’s a great app and it’s been a lifesaver for me due to all my other apps failing on me.
Great but..
This is a great app with a lot of content and especially so with the new revamp they did to the entire app. Love the premium feel and that they had a lifetime membership although a bit expensive. Two of the biggest downside for me tho, is that it updates your library very slowly. The other is that even tho downloading is a very nice feature to have, it uses too much space, need a way to compress and use less space. Im the type that likes having a few of my fav mangas/manhwas/manhuas downloaded at all times as my emergency reading material in the event i dont have good signal or wifi available when traveling and such. Cant really do that if just a few chapters is gonna cost me a few gigabytes of space.
The app does have other kinks and such but they are generally minor and temporary and i can understand that since they did just revamp the entire app. The two problems i mentioned above are my main concern, mostly because ive had other apps that did those two things very well, sadly they dont work anymore. Just saying, it would be amazing if you could optimize that.

Chapter Updates
Ever since the major change to how the library works chapter updates have not been coming in when they used to or maybe at all considering revenge of the iron blooded hound had a new chapter sunday and its Wednesday but still not on the app
Bad experiences
It won’t load I’ve got full internet every other app will load but this one just stays the same it won’t load the chapters from past episode two on my stories so I can’t enjoy it without getting frustrated
Great app with a couple issues
The app itself is great, it has great variety and the ability to choose not only which translator source (e.x. Thunderscans, Hades Scans, etc.) you want to read but also between sources like Comix and few others. The main problem is the random times it won’t let me read random stories, it’ll say there are no chapters or that I’m offline when I’m not and will show up in a search with no episodes. It won’t help just to close the app either, I tried to close and re-open the app to no prevail.

Omg ads
Ok I love this apps but it has so many problems most of them they already fixed but there Is so many ads. Like I’m not kidding I counted 10 ads in a row. It will let u read the manga after but only for like 2-3 chapters then its 10 ads again. I don’t mind ads but 10 in a row?! Absolutely not.
Unprompted Review - Has its flaws, but I love it.
I’ve really liked this app since I first downloaded it a while back. Overall it’s my favorite app to use for reading all my webtoons and manga. It’s really come along way from when it first hit the App Store and I appreciate the developers for how much work they’ve put into improving it and fixing the bugs quickly.
It still has its moments, as nothing is perfect, but it does seem like the team cares for the reader’s experience first and foremost. :)
Overall, really happy with it and the extra in app purchase for premium. Will continue to be my go to from here.

this app so good yo
the app is okayy, its just the adds but you can get rid of them by paying like 2.30 dollars a month which is like really cheap.
Forever Loading
Loved the app before the update. Now anything I try to read takes forever to load or the chapters just don’t load up at all. I have tried to close the app and reopen it but still nothing.
