Para yüklemede sıkıntı var

Kartıma para yüklerken sıkıntı yaşadım. En az 4-5 defa denedim yüklemeye çalıştım lakin kredi kartımdan kesildiği halde bakiye bekleyen bakiyeye dönmedi meblağ gözükmüyor. Sistemde bir sorun var sanırım.
