Weather App
We just traveled through 13 states and using the app helped us navigate away from the trouble spots and made our trip safer. In Oklahoma we made sure we parked our car in a covered area on account of tornados 10 miles away.
Totally assume
I am loyal to 2news and weather. I watch from my iPhone and television. Great people and up to date information. I trust 2news and weather. I recommend to everyone. Keep up the great job.
Accuracy
I love this app but find it interesting that it usually does not mesh with the forecast from the TV station. For example, this app says lows will be 51° in my area tonight, but the TV weather says it’ll be 49°.
Filthy pop-up ads
The weather information on this app is better than any other weather app I use, but I deleted it after trying unsuccessfully to stop the filthy Google pop-up ads that kept appearing. If there were an ad-free version to buy, I would buy it.
Deliberante delays
Every time I go to the app, even when it is already open in the background, it goes to a title/advertising page and forces me to look at it for around 10 seconds before it will let me see the weather. I’m often in a hurry and that delay is very annoying.
Loading
Continues to freeze up and fails to load half the time
Was OK prior to iOS 13.2.3
Since updating my iPad to iOS 13.2.3 this has become unusable. It opens, displays an hourly forecast for my location, then when I switch to Daily it stops responding and doesn’t show any dates or forecasts. ☹️😖. Developers need to dig into the new iOS and find out why their app breaks on 13.2.3
Hate the update!
Please go back to your old format! I dropped the KSL weather app because their update made the radar look awful - just like yours now does! The radar is unusable because there is no transparency and the satellite image looks like another planet. Please change the format back!

Terrible new look and feel. I’ve deleted the app after several years of use.
Launching
This app is so slow that the storm is over before it launches! Sometimes it won’t even launch.......
Temperatures are off
I have my location services on with this app and it’s trying to tell me that the high temperatures are 10+ degrees lower than they really are. The daily forecasts are showing that it should be in the mid 80s but it’s actually in the upper 90s
Quit asking to turn on Bluetooth
I've kept this app even after moving from Utah. But the latest update asks every time I open it to turn on Bluetooth. I don't have anything I want to connect with Bluetooth. This is just annoying.

Please go back to the old app. It was so much easier to use and esthetically pleasing. Why change when it's not broken?

Cannot set and edit location properly!
Argh! Drag the green location dot all the way to your new location while scrolling, dragging, scrolling, dragging... Bad design, bad help that just states set new location - NOT how to set it!

Not so great
Not sure how the weather forecast on the app could be so different than the forecast from KUTV broadcast news but they rarely match. You can get a better idea about the weather by looking out your window because what's reported on the app is rarely what's actually happening. Today, for example the app reported light winds out of the north. In reality the wind was out of the south at 20 - 25 mph. This app is neither reliable or accurate.
