I am sharing my experiences with my colleagues while I am at Kutztown University.

Very good and organized app, just glitches sometimes but still perfect

Not as useful
Used to be more helpful, made it less conventient to check my flex, guest swipes and bear bucks balance...i gave it two stars instead of one simply because it is a neat idea

I just wish I could delete notifications.
Awesome setup
Cool that you can access everything you need from your phone. Can access my courses, grades, advisors, email... you can even talk to other students, as it’s like it’s own social media platform. Super cool.

Accessibility - Everything in one place
I love that I can access everything on this app- including my KU emails! It helps me keep informed while I’m away from my computer.
Notifications are incorrect and annoying
The app works relatively well. My only complaint is that the little red notification shows on my phone’s home screen, indicating that I have varying number of KU Mobile notifications; however, I don’t have any alerts, messages, etc. I’ve attempted to reset, delete and reinstall, contact the help team ... nothing worked. So, I remain with a red notification telling me I have five notifications, but in actuality, there are none. 🙄

Easier to find information, the icons are great!
Function with no continuity
The app is useful for students but the ugly and slow design of the app just makes me go to a web browsers instead. There are buttons that are cut off the screen, web elements that have a hard time loading, transitions that take just a bit too long. Overall it’s just better to use the shuttle tracker and myku in safari over this

Great Overall, but Some Issues
My notification badge consistently tells me I have 11 notifications, but there is nothing unread in the app, and it’s making me consider deleting it and sticking to the web version.
