About
Kvart puts your apartment association in your pocket. Balance, invoices, meter readings, association notices and votes, all in one app.
What you can do
- Balance and invoices. See what is unpaid or paid ahead at a glance. Every invoice opens line by line: what you are charged for and how much.
- Pay from the app. Settle an invoice through a bank link, or copy the IBAN and reference number for an ordinary transfer.
- Meter readings. Submit cold and hot water, electricity, gas and heating readings. Scan the number with the camera instead of typing it.
- Notices and forum. Read notices from the board and the manager, and talk things over with your neighbours in the forum.
- Votes and meetings. Check the general meeting agenda and documents, and cast your vote from your phone.
- Report a problem. Send a notice about a broken light or a leak and follow it through to a resolution.
- Help. Kvart AI answers questions about your balance, invoices, readings and the building. Answers are AI-generated and may contain errors.
- Notifications. Push alerts for a new invoice, a reminder, an announcement or a vote. You choose what you hear about.
- Outages. See the water and heating outages currently affecting your building.
For the board and the manager
- Association view. Building details, flats with owner and tenant contacts, and the board and manager contacts.
- Work orders. Every open job in one list, with who is responsible, and an archive.
- Notices. Send a notice to the whole building straight from your phone.
- Portfolio. A manager sees every association they manage, and their work orders, in one place.

What's New in Kvart app
1.1.1
September 24, 2026
Signing out is now instant. Fixed a crash in the portfolio view when the portfolio is empty. If your account is not linked to any association yet, the app explains why and lets you check again. The profile icon stays in the top corner when you switch roles, and sign-in shows one consistent loading indicator. Plus smaller fixes.
