Raising Complaint
There is no option for raising complaint!
not showing all the plans
they purposefully do not show all the plans and only show higher cost plans to manipulate customers into thinking these are the only plans. When checking with their customer care, they asked us to call the operator to downgrade the plan whereas i make all my recharges online. This is new age of cheating call your operator to downgrade, we will only show upgrade plans while recharge so that can be done online easily

Completely fraud operators and customer agents their worst service made me to file a suit against them on NCH i strongly recommend not to take their service their local operator has taken away my modem without my permission from my home and the company has never reacted to this cause i filed complaint several times but no response the worst service ever
