They get you tied into a contract on a services that doesn’t work and don’t let you out of it.

App doesn’t perform basic functions
This app is very frustrating. In the past, I have been able to use it. Overtime it has gotten more and more glitchy. The purpose of this app is incredible! Unfortunately, basic functions don’t even work. I have deleted the app and then downloaded it again. That didn’t help at all. I wish that the app actually worked. It would be a great addition to my business model.

Consistently faulty
To say this app is frustrating is an understatement. Don’t get me wrong, it has some great features to it AND was the first of its kind on a lot of advances in the CRM evolution. However - both the mobile and desktop version frequently have bugs that disallow basic functions making it infuriating trying to perform work tasks. Customer service isn’t much help either, as some of the errors that occur within the app (large errors mind you) ‘cannot be corrected.’

User trying to cancel
I received kv core as a part of my brokerage arrangement. Signed up for their “listing leads service” I switched brokerages recently and they refused to cancel my subscription service which was 1500 per month after I left the brokerage. They claimed until I was removed from their system they would not cancel my services. I don’t know about you but I have no control of what my previous company does with my old information which by the way I no longer have access too. This company is a scam, worst part of it is they never even converted or delivered one qualified lead in over 6 months of paying for this service. Stay clear from this company, your money is better spent on a legitimate service that will actually produce. I’ve been in the industry for 11 years and have sold over 1,000 homes I might add so it’s not like I don’t know how the game works.

Fails to login. Works in browser but not in a usable format, but does not work in mobile app
Mobile app constantly under performs
The mobile app doesn’t open all the way, doesn’t sync all the way, having to remove and reinstall every other month is a huge pain.
Leads360 is a scam
This product is complete trash. Leads are worthless junk. Salesman lied, the staff doesn't know how to use the product, and it is completely worthless 5 months in to using it. Zero conversions in 5 months.1 phone call --- 1 legit phone call and they even did not convert. $1100/month for 1 phone call!!!! Absolute trash.

Crashing
App keeps crashing, never had this issue in the past. Tried resetting phone twice, deleted and redownloaded app, still continues to crash immediately after opening.
Great CRM, terrible mobile app
Mobile app gives me constant problems/bugs/glitches. Sometimes my contacts refuse to load, and other times the app doesn’t even open for longer than 1 second before crashing. Problems go away if I delete and re download the app, but It’s not feasible to have to do that every day. Developers need to dive in and fix these bugs or I’ll have to make a CRM switch to boomtown or follow up boss

Extremely frustrated! I click on the app icon, it flashes for a second, and then completely crashes. I have restarted my phone and tried reinstalling the app. Completely unusable.

Search for contact not working
Whenever I try to search for a contact on my account it shows no contacts and a continuous loading spinning wheel.

This is a horrible app, it won’t even open. I’ve lost more agents because of this horrible CMS. It’s confusing, it has a tremendous amount of bugs and glitches on the site and app (of which I can even open)
