Unresponsive
I recently communicated with their office due to upcoming EU trip. They shared, their service area will be expanded soon and encouraged to upgrade to newest app version. Did so. I already had a registered account with them for years. Now, I am unable to log in/get confirmation to log in. Reached out to developer by E-mail with no response. Their customer service number is unresponsive as a week.
