About

I built Kwesti because I got tired of optimising everything. Sleep scores. Step goals. Habit streaks. Reading targets. Even rest had a system. I was spending more time measuring my life than living it. And the more I optimised, the more I felt behind. The apps were designed to keep me coming back. They succeeded. I kept coming back, and nothing actually changed. So I stopped. And I asked myself a different question — not what should I improve, but what is actually worth doing this week? The answer was always something small. A phone call. A walk with no destination. A meal cooked with something I had never used before. Not a goal. Not a metric. Just a real thing, worth doing. That is Kwesti. EVERY MONDAY, THREE THINGS ARRIVE Hand-written real-world activities. Not AI-generated. Not templated. Written by a human, for real life. You live them through the week. On the honour system. No proof. No photos. No GPS. Just you, doing the thing. THE WHOLE APP, HONESTLY One swap per week — if a kwest is not right for you, hold to swap it and a different one arrives. Monday at 9 AM your kwests arrive. Always. Turn on the weekly nudge and a quiet reminder fires on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday — the kwest text, nothing else. Your Journey grows as you live. A botanical vine, leaf by leaf. Each kwest lived adds a leaf. Each completed week blooms red. Tap any node to read the moment that grew it. Then close the app. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO No accounts. No email. No analytics. No advertising. No data collected — the App Store privacy label says Data Not Collected and that is accurate. Your data lives on your device and syncs privately through iCloud. Nothing on any server. Nothing seen by anyone. No notifications nagging you back. No guilt trips. No "we miss you." WHO THIS IS FOR Adults who feel quietly burned out by digital life. People who have tried and abandoned every habit tracker, every meditation app, every wellness streak. People who want to live deliberately but have had enough of the optimisation game. If you have a folder on your home screen called Productivity that you have not opened in six months, this app is for you. Made by hand. Written by humans. Lived by you.

What's New in Kwesti

2

July 13, 2026

2.0 is a significant visual overhaul. Almost everything you see has changed. The home screen is rebuilt around a sun-dial — one kwest in focus at a time, with an arc at the bottom that moves as you swipe between your three. More breathing room. More intentional. The swap is now a hold gesture. Press and hold the red circle until the ring fills. One deliberate action, not an accidental tap. The Journey tab now shows a growing botanical vine. Each kwest you live adds a leaf. Each completed week blooms red. Tap any node to read the moment that grew it. The onboarding is new. Seven screens, a rising sun, and the honest story of why this app exists. Notifications are rebuilt. Monday at 9 AM your kwests arrive, always. Turn on the weekly nudge and a quiet reminder fires on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday — the kwest text, nothing else. No "we miss you." No guilt. Everything else, the glass pill navigation, the light and dark surfaces, the profile and persona system — updated. Same app. Much quieter. Go live your week.
