Kwikletter has suspended all operations. - Jim (the founder). Unfortunately it is quite difficult to remove an app from the app store, so putting this review out to let all know. We also sent a real physical letter to all users in the last year thanking them and letting them know of our suspended operations.

Still Not Updated!
As of 20 Jun 2025, this app is still not updated with information from the 2024 election. That makes me question the motives of the people behind this app, and also, weather the contact information which is still correct is even valid. Have the creators abandoned this app, or are they so upset from the 2024 election that they can’t bear to make the changes? Great concept, but if you can’t trust that the app is up-to-date and non-partisan, then there’s no point in using it. I am basing my comments on a review of the Ohio legislative information and the US national information which still reflects Joe Biden as president. Don’t waste the space on your phone until this app is fixed.

As of May 13, 2025, program is still reflecting outdated information. This should’ve been updated with the results from last election by now. The program is very handy for quick communication with your elected representatives, but not the information is up-to-date. Can you fix this? I am referencing specifically the senatorial information for Ohio.

Almost a great idea
I loved it, but it would be so much better (and faster) if it also worked on Macs

This app is freezing every time you try to type a letter
😪help currently your app is freezing up before you can complete a letter you need to look at it. Somethings wrong.

Great idea, but not if the app keeps freezing.
Keeps crashing
I can’t even type the letter before it crashes.
Way too expensive
If you’d like to write letters often you can easily spend 10 bucks a day. The app is awesome but I simply won’t pay per letter to use it. Why isn’t there a yearly membership?
Expensive and bad
costs way too much, don’t waste your time sending letters that take forever to get to your reps, just call your reps on the phone
Not able to use on Mac
I find it hard to do things on my iPhone and prefer to use my Mac. On the iPhone I’m not able to enlarge my drafts and they are hard to read for editing. It would also be nice when I send multiple letters to get a receipt
Best app of the year, hands down!!
I have never written my state’s governor or legislation because I didn’t know where to send it. This app provides an easy way to send letters to our government. I also didn’t know that I didn’t know how to properly format a letter and that it is different depending on who is receiving the letter. This app handled that two. I never thought I would get a reply but I did and I am pretty sure it was because of this app. Great job!! Will be using this for a long time.

Amazingly quick and easy
KwikLetter made it so easy to find my representatives and get my thoughts formatted into a letter. Automatically updated officials after the election, too. Participating in government has never been easier!
Junk and RIPOFF
App took my money and never sent letters. Charged me twice for one letter!! DON’T use this app!!
Still a junk APP. Completely goofed up my mailing. Sent to incorrect addressee, etc. STEER CLEAR - be warned!!!
