Professional Floor plans
Solid application with a good amount of variety to the floor plans that are on here. Would definitely love to see a category of styles one day (modern, country, vintage, etc) but overall I'm impressed with the thoroughness & detail of the layouts.
Designing again with Kenny….
Kenny designed our gorgeous home 13 years ago. Now we are down sizing and moving to the country and there is no one else we would consider using to help us design are next and hopefully our last home. He makes you feel heard and listens to all the things that are important and then makes it even better. Moving and building can be so stressful and just knowing that our visits with Kenny are productive and peaceful makes this process enjoyable.

So often you’ll see the same design or same architecture over and over again but Kenny’s designs had the originality we were looking for. The best!

The app is beautiful, well designed and easy to navigate, looks like they are adding plans and more functions which will be awesome, especially the site plan feature!
