Live location not always available. To notify on daily bus arrangements changes, it applies automatically for both to school and back home. What if only not riding for only one way? The app doesn’t give that option.
Login problem and display language
I couldn’t login after the system upgraded. Tried many times now finally done so but I didn’t understand why. And the map display language is changed to Chinese. I couldn’t share it with my domestic helper 😔.
The e-card used for pickup the kid could not display the date since Sept 2024. It’s meanless to capture the e-card now with the date.
So helpless with the app.

Map unable to be refreshed
Weird that I got logged out after app update. As I logged back in again, the map showed it status at the time I logged in, and stayed so after 10 min. The map is supposed to be refreshed every 30 seconds. Without the realtime location what’s the point of having the app…

Removing inactive account
I can’t remove my son’s account from the app. He graduated from his school and will not need the school bus service next year.Any ways to do it without calling the bus company?
