They ruined this app!
This news app is absolutely awful when you compare it to the previous version. Fix it!
Greedy
The previous version of this app worked great but then they got greedy and put a huge ad on the app when you open it. This itself is not the problem, it is the fact that the app is too worried about opening this AD and not so worried about bringing you the news. Since this new update the app hardly ever opens. I will be getting my Springfield news from KOLR 10 from now on and will be deleting this one. Also they changed the format to resemble other less appealing news app formats. It needs to return to the previous, easier to navigate format.

i hear tornado sirens. i’ll find out if im safe after the adds are done…
i’m literally in the middle of a tornado warning at the airport and can’t pull up the live stream to see what is going on because of some stupid add for a tv show i could care less about. ky3 because we care… only after we get paid.
Bad app
The app is terrible, poor user interface, small buttons, links that go to nowhere, advertisements all over the place, half the time when opening a link via a push notification the app fails to load any relevant content.
Junk
You see something on the channel but can not find it on the app later to share with a friend!
Cluttered with ads
This app is nearly impossible to use. It is completely cluttered with ads. There are no distinct NEWS blocks anymore. This is a LOCAL NEWS App that should clearly cover LOCAL NEWS first. The ads designed to look like news stories are a distraction. KY3 used to be a leader.
Broke something that wasn’t broke
The new app is the definition of fixing something that wasn’t broken. Constant crashing, horrible interface, and bad execution makes it impossible to navigate the “new” app. Whoever created this is the reason nobody likes current day I.T. People. They create problems where none exist so they have a reason to come back and slowly fix it. Just leave well enough alone. Don’t break something so you can feel important.

Terrible. Can’t enlarge type. Reporting compared to other apps behind. Go back to previous format.
Good news station bad app
KY3 is my go to source for news in the region, but the app has now been updated to the point where the advertisements are overwhelming the news value. The advertisement links are so sensitive you can’t scroll on the screen without accidentally opening one. Even when you haven’t opened an advertisement others on the page start running at full volume I’m sure that increases the station revenue, but when it increases my frustration, I leave the app quicker than I would have.

Terrible update
The new update is terrible and I can’t even share stories. Go back to the previous version
New App sucks
The new app is a definite irritation. Too much advertising and not easy to navigate. Very slow. Continually shows 1 alert or message or something on my Home Screen that won’t clear. I deleted the app, reinstalled, and read all the alerts. Notification disappeared but now it’s back.
Can’t watch
For the last week I’ve been unable to watch for more than maybe 30 seconds then it shuts off. Checked for updates, deleted and reinstalled and still doesn’t work

Dislike the Revised App Changes
I find the recent changes made to the KY3 app have made it much harder to navigate.

Used to if there was something really important in the news that my kids needed to know about like a warning or something I could share it with them since you've updated your app it won't let me share anything to share buttons there at the top right but there's not one at the bottom anymore in the share button won't let you share you can't even copy and paste it, and these are important stories that everybody should be able to see and know about it

How do I remove the red dot from my home page on your app?
Videos autoplay with no option to stop or mute
After the new update, videos in text news articles (mostly ads) autoplay when you click into the article and there is no option for muting or pausing.
