Fake reviews and rating
The apps rating is clearly fake and exaggerated.
Profile stuck under review
App is odd to navigate. It’s extremely glitchy. You can’t edit the age range. They automatically select a few years younger than your actual age up until a few years older than your age, and they limit you to that gap. My profile is now stuck under review and it seems like nobody on their end is doing anything to correct things. The contact support button does not work in the app. Again, glitchy. I was only able to browse through for a few minutes. Before it acted weird, even though I verified myself with a live video and it said my profile was verified and yet here we are.

Don’t pay for premium
You get very limited swipes, but don’t upgrade to premium, because there are thousands of inactive ghost accounts that the app has not removed from their database. I’ve personally seen multiple relatives on here who have been married for years! Find a different app or download Hinge and set your location to Glendale ;) best wishes on your journey to make your parents grandparents

Looks weird
1 star. They haven't been able to verify my profile for 3 days.
Support isn’t responding and app works poorly
I used to have a profile on that platform, but after getting married, I lost access to it and can’t log in to delete it. As a result, I’m still receiving messages from men on the other platform (which I mentioned in bio). Support hasn’t been helpful in restoring my account so that I can permanently close it.

Needs upkeep
A nice haven for Armenians but please do a better job of filtering out old and inactive profiles.
Exhibit 1: many profiles with 1 photo which don’t currently meet the minimum photo requirement
Exhibit 2: multiple profiles with Instagram accounts linked, and when you go to their IG, they’re already married..
Also, the slide mechanism for the age range filter does not work. It’s nearly impossible for me to adjust age demographic

Needs work
Feedback and support buttons literally don’t work, so I’ll use this. Many accounts on here are dead/inactive/bots. Verification should be required. Age selection in the ui needs to be reworked as the swiping right on the lower end hides the settings. Have paid for it in the past but would rather just set hinge to Glendale.

99.99% fake made-up profiles
If you enjoy typing dozens and dozens of messages to fake dummy profiles that the owner of the platform most likely created themselves to entice you to part with your money to gift to the platform owner, by all means sign-up to this utter disgrace and appalling app that robs Armenian people and does us an immense indignity as a people. Time for Armenian gov to create a legit app to connect Armenians because lord knows the private sector 1) Isn't interested in helping us connect and 2) Just has dollar signs in their eyes.

Harassment
They don’t do much about people who you block, that show up with a new username the next day. If you have stalkers, read Kyanks terms and conditions. They do their best to take all your rights away while using this app. They neglect your safety cause they can. Use other apps that protect you better or meet people outside.

Lots of scammers
This app is one of the worst I’ve ever been on, theres a lot of scammers and a lot of girls posing as Armenians but theyre just trying to get subs on OF or they ask for money on cashapp.
Waste of money
I am honestly very disappointed in this app I wasted money for no reason I emailed them and I did not hear back from them in three business days. I've never came across a business or a app that when you email them, they should have somebody respond to you and nobody responded back to me so that's why I'm here letting everybody know. Don't even waste your time

C’est une très bonne application, pas trop cher et effective! Même si il y a beaucoup de choses à améliorer encore. Que ça soit au niveau des bugs, des fonctionnalités ou des profils. Après en lui même l’app est composé d’une communauté arménienne habitant principalement au Etats-Unis. Pour les francophones c’est assez vide. Pas beaucoup de choix pour l’instant mais ça changera sûrement avec le temps si l’application prend de l’ampleur et fait de la communication.

- deleted reviews, I’m stating factual information and my reviews get deleted (let’s see how long this one lasts 04/11/2025
-like i said in my last review they take your photos and profile and showcase it and restrict you from getting likes so it’s essentially a shadowban. Not only that but they delete reviews. Really strange and should probably be reported.
-I was thinking about paying for the the service too but honestly these shady practices are not worth it. Plus the pool of available people on their is full of bots.
