Absolutely Awful
About as intuitive as a Rubik’s cube
Doesn’t work on iPhone
Screen is cut off can’t access the surveys. iPad is fine
Needs to be improved really soon.
Hello,
I am using the app for almost about a year. I realized some serious issues about surveying
Here is the brief list about the issues;
-Camera focus, slow capture times.(Blur or capturing after a while)
-Almost half of the screen is unresponsive.(iPad Pro 12.9)
-Microphone text entry is OK, but system erases the section after complete the data.(Sometimes)
-Section copying issues.(Copying between buildings (Not only floors)would be perfect)
-Not all the sections are on the same place all the time.(Leads confusion and pushing the user do mistakes more often) eg. Date section once on right bottom, on other item left top...
-Really bad search options. (Tag Number search must be available)
-No system warnings, except conditions.(If operational status, and condition is unselected system must warn you and refuse to complete the asset)
-Duplicate Tag Warning is a must!
-System splits building in 2 or 3 parts. (Sometimes One floor is splitting in two different sections)
I agree that the app is one of the easiest to use in the market. But need to be improved for even easier and higher quality surveys.

Great app
