Masalah saya bukan pada selisih kursnya, tetapi pada transparansinya.
Saya mengirim uang berdasarkan kurs yang ditampilkan di aplikasi. Namun setelah transaksi diproses, kurs yang digunakan ternyata berbeda dan lebih rendah. Jika kurs final memang bisa berubah, informasi tersebut seharusnya ditampilkan dengan jelas dan transparan sebelum pengguna mengirim uang.
Pengguna berhak mengetahui kurs yang benar-benar akan digunakan, bukan baru mengetahuinya setelah menerima email konfirmasi.
Kepercayaan dibangun dari transparansi. Sayangnya, pengalaman saya kali ini justru membuat saya meragukan informasi yang ditampilkan di aplikasi.
Pengguna berhak mengetahui kurs yang benar-benar akan digunakan, bukan baru mengetahuinya setelah menerima email konfirmasi.

Setiap bulan selalu log out tanpa sebab saat log in juga tidak bisa dan harus mengubah sandi dan sekarang tidak bisa dibuka sudah saya ajukan penggantian sandi tetapi kode konfirmasi tidak pernah dikirim lalu saldo saya bagaimana?
