Bad performance and some functions don't even work
If you want to use this app, it will first ask you to pay $4.99 to unlock it. And if you wang to use the navigation function, it will ask you to pay $9.95 to upgrade. After that you will find what you have paid for is a very bad performance software. Moving and zooming in/out map are so slow and follow route function does't even work. Don't buy any app from this developer!!!

Nothing to see unless you buy something
I downloaded this app, but basically there is nothing available to you unless you "unlock" (i.e., purchase) some feature or features. Frankly, you can just get the Kyoto official city tourist map from your hotel or the tourist office, and do fine.

Spend your money elsewhere, this app is useless. The map did not function. If you dragged it, it becomes a set of disconnected tiles that is useless. Place markers move independently of the map when you drag.
Piece of junk
Went on my first trip to Japan, and of course thought "this is where my iPad will really be handy". This map was garbage - if you zoomed in there was little actual detail - many streets unlabeled, and many streets just labeled in characters. I wound up using a paper map that a friend loaned me.
