LTWOO eR9 not discoverable via Bluetooth in LTWOO App
I’m using an LTWOO eR9 electronic groupset installed on my Java Vega bike. Unfortunately, the shifter/derailleur system cannot be found in the LTWOO app via Bluetooth, even though I followed the setup instructions step by step.
What I tried (based on the manual):
• Installed the latest version of the LTWOO app
• Enabled Bluetooth on my phone and granted all required permissions (Bluetooth / Location)
• Kept the phone close to the bike (within 1 meter)
• Fully charged the eR9 battery and confirmed the system powers on
• Tried multiple times to search/add the device in the app
• Restarted the phone and switched Bluetooth off/on
• Tried again in a different area (to avoid interference)
Result:
The eR9 system never appears in the app’s Bluetooth device search list, so I cannot pair or configure it.

An absolute catastrophe
One star is too much.
I wanted to buy the LTWOO Ae Bicycle Electronic Derailleur Wireless Shifter Lever and test the app beforehand.
The app starts in Chinese, and I couldn't find anywhere to change it to English.
Absolutely unusable and useless.

I felt like a 12 year old responded to my emails for assistance. I only received the most basic information. Since L-Twoo is not willing to put educated people to help and answer e mails. Any product you buy you will not be able to use. It will be a waste of money for the consumers.. This is the standard practice for all of China. They can produce products but can not help or explain rendering their products useless or unusable.. Go a different route and save your time and money and aggravation.

User friendly
It was easy to set up the groupset and to make small adjustments to it.
The only thing I can’t seem to figure out is how to check the battery level for my shifters. Hopefully this gets added in future updates.
