I cannot use the app

I went in to order, but before I could place an order I had to register an account. I put in my first name; last name; e-mail (correctly); phone number; and I typed in a password.
I then click on “sign up with email” and I get a message stating my email or password is not valid.
So, how can I order from this app if I am not able to sign up on it?
