Need a save list
The app works well enough to check out books and pick them up but what we desperately need is a save book function-a list that I can save a book that I would like to read, but I’m not going to check out right away. Please please please add this feature as soon as possible.
Unusable, Lacking Features
Searching for titles immediately leads to a glitch where the screen zooms in and makes the app unusable. You have to constant double tap your screen with two fingers to zoom out. I’m on iPhone 17 iOS 26.3. No way to make lists of books. Disappointing for the nation’s largest county libraries! Please do better, devs.

Glitchy
Not sure what happened but whenever I search for a title, the search results page wouldn’t scroll down so I’m stuck staring at the first 2 results. When you tap on a title, the page just loads forever. Better to use desktop.
Glitch
There’s a glitch, when I want to order a book from a library it just has the button “find a copy” and not “place a hold” so I can’t order a book to come to my local library. I’ve tried to fix it but it just stays the same, please fix this glitch.
I would like to be able to change my default branch
It looks/works fine from an appearance perspective. However, it stores whatever your first library option was and defaults it when you place a hold even after you change your home library. With so many branches, being able to set that default would be nice. It’s a small change that would make the hold system just so much easier and less cumbersome.

Create a save list
It would be so helpful if there was a save list feature. I like to be able to keep books that I’d like to read on a list for future reference.

This app makes it so easy to search for books and put them on hold. You can also see what you have checked out and renew those items as well.
Great Job
This app has single-handedly changed my library patron experience! It’s so easily to search and place holds on items to pick up at my local branch, and just as easy to renew my checked out books that I’m not yet finished with! Love it.
Unable to add card to Apple Wallet
Overall app appears to be useful/helpful but errors out when trying to add my library card to Apple Wallet.
Mifi Hotspot
What a creative and innovative naming the new item: Mifi!
As soon as you launched the monthly news on March 1st of 2024 to announce new service Connect & Go for hotpot loan, I searched it using this app, nothing showed thru search box, tried using keywords like Hotspot, Hotspot Only, Connect & Go, Connect & Go Hotspot, etc… Only the combo Laptop + Hotspot showed up, not the new one for solely hotspot.
Your staff showed me to search by using keyword Connect Hotspot, the app shows other items but not Hotspot.
I tried on your website, it shows there!

Please add or migrate the lists we have created on the website. We would like the ability to create lists of items.

Isolate search to one branch?
I want to search only my local branch. But doesn’t allow.
New!
The new app is so easy to use. I was able to download an ebook and read it instantly. I also loved seeing events at my local library.
App DOWN
App has been down for several days now. App is “unable to connect to server”.
Linked Accounts Issue
App not retaining Linked Accounts when app is closed as of Feb 3, 2023.
Can’t log in
It logged me out and now I can’t login, it shows a message saying: unhandled exception: class Java.lang.nullpointerexception?
Suggested feature
Just a suggestion for the app:
It would be helpful if we could save items in the app for future holds or checking out. I often read book reviews and want to save a title for future reading that I know I won't be able to get to immediately. My only option when I look it up in the app is to place on hold right then or go check it out right then. It would be nice to have a saved list in the app of materials that the library has that I could go back to later on when I do have time to get and read the book.

It kind of works
You can show your card in the app, but it doesn’t add the card to your Apple Wallet. It is not that hard for an app to do. And easy access of cards in the wallet makes it so you don’t have to find the app that I barely use for anything else.
