Can’t link with Wi-Fi
Worked fine up until I had to get a new router. Exact same model router every thing else has synced just fine and now I can’t get it to sync. Tried all remedies still no joy. Don’t know what to do with it next

Snooze alarm driving me nuts. Cannot find way to turn it off. I am unable to connect to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network even after several attempts at factory reset

Precipitation portion of app is very hard to find. There needs to be better options for presentation. Bar graph or ultra detailed with no in between

Device has had problems ever since it arrived. 1. Product has always had difficulty finding and staying on the WiFi network while all other devices have no problem, even when you put the device next to the router, it can’t find the Wi-Fi network. 2. Product fails to recognize daylight savings time. 3. Even with fresh back-up battery installed, it has to reprogrammed if the power goes out or the device is unplugged.

Proven with time
I have owned my weather station for around 10 years and have replaced the rain sensor (probably because I left it out during summer) and the anemometer cup. It has worked through every storm to dry spell we’ve had without problems. A key feature I really enjoy is being able to check what’s happening at home from wherever I am in the world. I consider this review worthwhile since the station has performed for what I consider a long time and is still running.

Quality is back!
Two systems that have been performing well for years. For the past few weeks (June 2026), the sensors and main units have been taking a long time to update. Now, in July, the issue seems to be resolved. 👍

You seriously need to change the rain accumulation from just 24 hours to a week or month. Continuous light rain over 24 hours is lost.

Add on sensors always disconnecting and wx base constantly loses internet connection
Cold weather problems
As soon as the temps drop close to zero Celsius the unit stops working - regardless of what batteries used or how often changed.
I wanna like the app
I like having a weather station. It’s good to have something that gives you updates, but there are some things about the app that are too old and dated.
I don’t know when the next update is, but I have an updated suggestion. Can you just display what’s on the base station on the app? I think the graphics would look better on the phone. I think the scrolling charts are dated. IMO -
Another idea is, you could animate the clouds, show the wind measure thing (weather vain) spin on the app.

Temperature Humidity doesn’t display in app
Temperature Humidity now works with the new unit in the app.
Connecting issues
Connected at first. Batts died now won’t reconnect.
Poor WiFi
The WiFi receiver is so weak that even with a booster it still loses connection all the time. I wish the company would focus on getting a stronger WiFi receiver.
