App will not update
LM makes a great machine but app support, parts support, and lead time for new machines is abysmal. I may have just purchased my last one. There are some US made machines that may be worth the extra money. Sad, end of an era.
Horrible app
Not written by someone with a technical background. Depending on the screen you have to turn your device sideways (or not) to see the screen which can have buttons hidden at the bottom. It was a nightmare to update and it keeps asking us to update. The baristas hate using the app for even the simplest tasks.
