Scam app
Scam. This app randomly takes money from me with no option to cancel, even though the “free trial” comes with a promise to “cancel any time”. Having never subscribed, this app steals your money without your consent and continues to offer a free trial while inundating you with ads. This app is a complete scam and should be removed from the App Store.

I get $5 monthly charges after a free trial. Customer service can’t help cancel the alleged subscription and it doesn’t show up in my Apple subscriptions either. But I get dinged $5 every month.

It has no instructions.
When I am finally able to find my local bus stop all I get is a picture of a bus. No information about which bus routes are available. Nothing that even remotely looks like the photo from the app description.

A lot of outdated information
This app looks like it hasn’t been updated in quite a long time. There are routes that are either discontinued, transitioned to other agencies, and/or changed as of recently.
App does not work

None of the features listed seem to work properly. My connection is up and running and my phone is up to date. The developers page has no way to get in touch with them.

Choosing a specific bus line shows a picture of a bus, and nothing more. Useless.
Obviously, something is wrong, but with no way of contacting the developer, I can’t troubleshoot. Terrible.
