Everything 5 Stars Minus Payment Methods!
So everything at La Rosa’s in Richmond Valley is perfect every time. Ordering on the app for pickup or delivery is a breeze MINUS the inability to pay through Apple Pay. It’s actually quite frustrating because it will take you through the entire process of paying through Apple Pay until the final step of the payment going through. To which you are greeted with a message on your screen stating Apple Pay is unavailable at this time. Well, it’s been unavailable for a considerable amount of time, so maybe it’s time for an update, or simply just take the option off. I get more frustrated with the option there and it not working versus it not even being an option to choose. Other than that, the food (the most important part) is always perfect, and your staff is wonderful. Juan, your chef, is my favorite, he greets everyone with a smile and makes the best grilled chicken!

App doesn’t work
The app works sometimes. When it logs me out I am unable to log back in and earn or use rewards. I reset the password and it works on the website, but never on the app. I keep getting a server error. The locations that I go to say I need the app open to scan and that my rewards number can’t be used. The old app was better.

Food is good, New App is Not
I drove to a location twice, hoping to use my rewards, which will expire. Both times am unable to log into the new app. I reset my password time and time again and still no success “other error returned from server”. Very frustrating.
Failed Payments
The App clearly has Apple Pay as a payment option, but when attempting to checkout with such the App refuses Apple Pay as a payment method. Please fix this. I do not like storing credit card information with anyone.
Apple Pay STILL not working
Apple Pay is STILL not working on the app. Oh the food is definitely 5 star, but the app needs a little tweaking. Also, you shouldn’t have to click into your rewards to add to the total BEFORE you start your order. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed an order and forgot if I have any rewards, to only find I do, but it’s too late. The app doesn’t alert you to that 😡.

My favorite soup spot!
I love everything I’ve ever eaten there, but the soup is my absolute fav! The guys in the Neptune/Tinton Falls location have the best customer service and are always so nice and never, ever mess up an order!

No Tipping?
My first order through this redesigned app gave me no way to tip the delivery person. Driving delivery is thankless, miserable work anyway but now especially, and unless they are paid decently ($15+ and benefits), this new app design is potentially taking food out of delivery folks’ mouths by making it harder to tip. Needs fixing immediately

Lack of locations
New version of app needs updating as it only shows 4 locations within 50 miles none of which is the location that’s a half mile away.
Too difficult to use when ordering multiple items
This is app is so difficult to use, I call my order in.
Garbage app
Tried to order on this app. Unable to enter my credit card information for payment. How stupid is that. Make an app that works!! Or remove the $5 fee on seamless.
