Always bad info

Always has outdated information on Lyfts that are open and closed and does not provide updates or similar stuff.

What is the point of having a ski resort app if you cannot rely on it to go skiing?

Don’t waste your time

After 30 years of Laax - Flims - Falera the folks at Inside LAAX have managed to loose us. They WILL NOT honor their written cancellation policy and instead claim some ‘we recently’ changed it. They should be banned by Apple for their tactics. Don’t waste your time/money. They could have made it right so easily. Looking forward to new and exciting things at our end. Goodbye LAAX. You blew it.

Was the deciding factor in choosing Laax over other resorts for the first time skiing there. We are yet to ski there but the fiddly bits to go skiing are covered by the app!

Very disappointing

Last year this app was fine, everything was easy to find. This year the UX is pretty terrible, how do you find your pending friend requests? Do friend requests even come through? What about the 29/28 lifts that are open? How about clicking on a camera on premium and it shows a different one? Really poor effort, please just roll-back you’ve mad everything worse - and on top of that you have had plenty of issues with ticket booking. Just roll-back remember it needs to WORK and look PRETTY! Also why are there two map views 😂 that is just hilarious just use one.

Winter 19/20 is a step backwards!

I find this new version much less easy to navigate! For some reason the opening screen is dominated by a map with no obvious purpose. And, one of the most convenient features, on-line ordering of food and drinks in bars and restaurants has disappeared.
Finally, although my lift season ticket is stored in the app I’m not able to scan through the lift barriers using my iPhone - a real missed opportunity these days!
All very disappointing, hence 3 stars and not 5 as before!

Dear Inside LAAX App User, The map is a very important feature for our guests. You can select the size of the map by yourself. If you want - just scroll up the bottom part and you will be able to read the content without seeing the map. Enjoy it. Your Inside LAAX Team

Love the previous version. Not sure why we need to change. Seems ok. Maybe maps look better.

Great and Useful App

As a person who has a holiday house in Laax, this app is super useful. Gives you all the information you need and demonstrates how forward thinking and modern the Ski resort is :)

Wow

This is first review I've ever been moved to write for an app. If you dreamed of a ski resort app, this would beat it. Incredibly good - particularly on weather conditions and tracking your lifts. Wow, indeed.
