Really terrible
It logged me out and it wouldn’t let me in at all. Kept telling me it was an incorrect password or username. The stuff hasn’t changed!

What is the best way to communicate with you in regards to this app? I use this app daily and would like to be part of the solution instead of part of the problem.
Invisible font color?
Can you fix it where the Font color is visible when typing inside of an order. Example would be the specimen count, the signature name, comments, etc all appear invisible with the background and it’s not possible to see what info has been entered in each order once you type it in. This would help a lot, but not absolutely necessary. Just a thought for improvement! Thanks!

Pretty buggy, crashes a lot, and often doesn’t sync when it says it does.
As the title above indicates, I have consistent trouble with this app syncing properly and freezing when I’m accessing orders. What this leads to is frequent calls from dispatch which is less than optimal, IMO. Hopefully the latest update improves some of these issues.

Worked Well Before the Recent Update
Data sync is not functioning, my preferred times are incorrect, and the user interface doesn't respond accurately. One of my stops is missing in LEADS. I've been entering my data manually due these issues.

The app is simple to use. Training material provided by the regional manager was very helpful. Makes my job very easy. Real time data entry saves me a lot of time. No paperwork to deal with. Few glitches happen based on my network and data availability but overall a great tool.

NOT very good -
I use the app daily and everyday there are issues. 1) it doesn't alway indicate the pick ups and drop offs. It stays Red in the phone which means the other end/dispatchers aren't getting the indication in real time.
2) some time it all clears on my end but dispatchers never get the cleared orders
3) it doesn't allow for ETA more than 2 hours.
4) orders stay on the phone from previous days so you'll have to uninstall daily
5) you have to keep syncing and syncing and syncing and syncing and....
6)app will auto log you out in the middle of runs

Progressively Worse
Over the last several updates (9 months or so), the app has gotten progressively worse. The design is as such; once the ICC inputs site data, it transmits to the host DB. Then a "success" message is sent to the ICC. This worked in the beginning. However, the ICC no longer receives a message back. This was broken several "updates" back. Now, it seems the transmitted data isn't even making it to the host DB 100% of the time. I've had the same phone on the same carrier in the same geographical location the entire time. The only thing that has changed is the app. This app is NOT reliable.
