A few tweaks would make this app perfect
Very good app, love the lumowell exercises. It could be even better with a few tweaks, like personalised reminder to exercise, rather than the 3-4 fixed times the app currently offer for reminders. Also ideally you should be able to chose duration of workout (9 minutes is great, but sometimes I want to do 30 to 45 minutes). Overall very good

I have only just started using this app but I can feel that it will already work very well. I am very insecure about my body and I never could find an app that starts out easy for beginners like me, but this app works perfectly. This app has workouts based on 3 certain areas and out of those 3 I am insecure about 2 of those areas so I’m glad I found this app.

I find this app much more helpful then other apps that I have tried, many apps cost lots of money and we shouldn’t have to pay to be fit and healthy, I like how simple it is to figure out.

Nice and easy to use
Used it before back in 2015 and dumped it but now picking it up again as i find it’s better than others I’ve come across. Don’t seem to have sound this time around though. Wonder why?
Best short work out app
Tried many, and this is the best series of short work outs. Like the avatar demonstrations. Moves quickly between exercises. Effective too.

It’s amazing and simple
The app is great overall and keeps minimum time which is good when you have no time. It is really helpful and fast, but my only complaint is that I wish you could change the gender of the virtual person.
