Sorry about that. The version you had was from 2018 and ignored the phone's text size. The new version (26.2) follows whatever size you set in Settings > Display > Text Size, and it is a free update. If it is still hard to read after updating, email me at contact@hipposoftllc.com and I will fix it.

Not worth the money

Can’t believe I paid for this app. The screen would cut in the middle and won’t show the lab values in full screen (lower half of the screen will be white and doesn’t respond to tapping or scrolling with fingers). Definitely some kind of bugs there that need to be fixed.

You were right, that was a real bug and it stayed broken far too long. The app has since been rewritten and the half-screen problem is gone. Update to 26.2 (free) and it should fill the screen on any current iPhone or iPad.

Você tinha razão. A nova versão (26.2, atualização gratuita) tem 412 exames, revisados por um médico, e os valores agora são atualizados pela internet sem precisar de uma nova versão do app.

That layout bug is fixed in the rewrite (26.2, free update). If anything still looks wrong after updating, email contact@hipposoftllc.com with a screenshot and I will sort it out.

Lack of common tests

The one reason I downloaded this app was to research ANA (antinuclear antibodies titer), a fairly common test for diagnosing lupus and other autoimmune conditions and it’s not listed! Seriously? This is a huge waste of my time and money as I’m in a specialty and I’m totally surprised that a test as common as this one would be missing. It’s crazy.

Fair complaint. ANA is in the app now, along with anti-dsDNA, anti-CCP, ANCA, the autoantibody panel and about 115 other labs added this year. 412 in all as of 26.2, which is a free update.

Unreadable

The first page I opened is type iver doubke print and totally unusable. Tried reinstalling and no luck. Save your money!!

That was a bug in the 2018 version on newer iOS releases. It is fixed in 26.2, a free update. Sorry it took this long.

I do not set the Australian price directly. Apple converts from its US price tier and adds local tax, and I never see or charge card payments myself. If the amount on your receipt does not match the store page, Apple will refund it at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Awesome app.

One of the few medical apps that work properly on iPhone X and iOS 11. Has accurate lab readings and is easy to use. Must have for all those in the field.

Need update

It was a good app though, currently it crashes frequently and can't send email from contact us.
There need to be data update in some new lab items e.g., cystatin C, etc.

App transport security policy error

Very depressing. In app google and other links does not works and show this error. Not able to even email from the app for the error.waiting for long time for the update.very bad experience.

That was the old app refusing non-secure links after an iOS change. The rewrite (26.2) fixes the links and the contact form. Free update.

Good apps for daily work

I suggest you provide all microbiological findings and their related cause. Also include the relevance of Blood Transfusion antibodies and the phenotypes.

Works well except cannot open additional information

This is the third app that I have that discusses laboratory results and it does a very good job. It is also supposed to have additional resources i.e. links to websites for further information such as Wikipedia however none of them work as I get an error message talking about how Apple transport security needs to have a secure connection, and this won't work on my home Wi-Fi nor using my data plan. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future.

Best lab reference app on iTunes

Excellent medical reference app. UI is very sleek. One great feature is that I can add new labs or edit existing labs and add comments if I need. You can even add categories in the Lab Values section. I use this app almost daily in the hospital. Very powerful reference tool.

The abbreviations and prefix/suffix sections are bonuses, but where this app really shines is the lab values section.

M3 on clinical rotations

Downloaded this after a classmate recommended it to me. Now that I'm well into my third year, I wish I had known about this app sooner as this app's features have been super helpful during my clinical rotations. The beautiful UI and the great customization options make this app my favorite among the other lab values apps I've tried.

My Go-To Lab App

I saw my friend using this during his rotations and he couldn't stop raving about it. I decided to check it out myself and it quickly became my go-to app. The super clean interface makes it easy to use. It's nice that I can use it on both my iPhone and iPad.
