سيء سيء ولا يحترم وقت العميل وفي حال الإلغاء يتم تحويل المبلغ لمحفظة في البرنامج او انتظار فترة طويله لإعادة المبلغ لا أنصح بالتعامل معه

من افضل التطبيقات وفيه نخبه ممتازه من الاستشاريين في العلاج الدوائي النفسي والمعالجين جربت كذا واحد لكن وبكل امانه ارفع القبعه لمن ذكرت اسمائهم الله يوفقهم. وتطبيق لبيه سهل علينا كثير بدال الانتظار في عيادات الطب النفسي. شاكره لهم والى الامام وفقكم الله

والله التطبيق فاق توقعاتي لم اتصور ان يصل الاحتراف في هذا التطبيق الى هذا الحد! الى الافضل ووفقكم الله والاطباء بالبرنامج متعاونين وكأن تعرفهم من زمان

الاطباء والاخصائيون ممتازين لكن ادارة التطبيق سيئ جدا وغير متعاونه تحس انك تتعامل معهم ببلاش مايبون يقدمون لك ولا شيء حرفيا تحس انك ترمي فلوسك بدون اي جودة ولا مرونه!

حاولت ادخل ع حسابي بادخال رقم الجوال الا انه يطول في التحميل ولا يرسل كود
المستشارين الرجال من أسوء مايكون
حصلت مشكلة بيني وبين زوجي وكنت حايسة أبي من يحكم بينا أخذت استشارة أسرية بساعتها وجاني مع دكتور اسمه عبدالعزيز الغانمي واحنا نتكلم وهو يسولف وهو منبطح عالسرير ويبي ينام احنا معصبين ومقهورين وهو يضحك يحسب انه بيهدي الأمور وآخر شي قال يلا خلاص ماحينعاد الغلط ويبغى يقفل بسرعة بسرعة وبدل ما يهدي الوضع زادت المشكلة بيننا قمت انهيت الجلسة واخذت جلسة ثانية مع دكتور اسري اسمه ماجد راشد وقلت له عن اللي صار مع الدكتور اللي فات وهذا ماجد بدل مايمدي الأمور أنا أتكلم ابغى احد يهدي الوضع والدكتور صار يصرخ علي ويكبر ويهول فالموضوع حتى زوجي ماعجبه الوضع وضغطنا زيادة وبدل مايهدا الوضع كأنهم كبو الزيت عالنار وزادت المشكلة بيني وبين زوجي أنا كنت ابغى احد ينصفني ويهدي مابيننا هذول جو عدمونا زيادة الاستشاريين او الدكاتره الرجال بهالتطبيق من أسوء أسوء ماشفت بحياتي يتكلمون معك بنظرة شخصية وتحكمية المفترض تكون نظرة الدكتور للمشكلة حيادية بدون احكام شخصية لكن مافي دكتور بذا التطبيق صاحي كلهم يتكلمون من نظرة شخصية ولو انخرب بيتي ف هذا منهم
ما انصح بهالتطبيق للاستشارات الاسرية وبالذات الدكاترة الرجال فيه ابببببدا

It’s a revolution in the whole country
We do know that dealing with our emotions are difficult, specially when you grow up in this type of strict culture at least in my life time I’m almost 46 years old. It’s way much convenient to everyone to talk in private to a wide number of certified therapist and doctors. They made it easier to both sides and this made it popular and really ground breaking in the specialized medical apps that are directed to special type of communities. Personally I have been using and I did improve a lot just by visiting professionals from my home !

It provides a safe enviroment in the community thingy
The therapist is great so far, I feel safe and heared. Nothing is recorded and you can choose how to communicate wither it is text, voice or vedio.
You can have 15 minuets covered by your ensurance every 2 weeks, which is common I guess. You may not benefit from your ensurance, maybe with medications, I honestly don't know.
I am not sure about the prices but compared to another app I tried, it was very resonable. They provide Tabby and Tammara.
My plan was an offer (6 sessions 1 hour each) for around 1350 SR.
You have a discount in the first 72 hours.
I know there are coupons but I did not use any as it was an offer.
I would highly recommend.

تطبيق سيئ مو كل الناس تتواصل بالرسايل او تناسبها انا توقعتهم راح يتواصلوا معي هاتفياً وجلست انتظر الاتصال وبالاخير المختصه الغت الموعد طيب نبهوا الشخص حاولوا تتواصلوا معه بأكثر من طريقه اي نعم احنا اللي محتاجين بس قليل من الاهتمام مايمنع

It keeps saying هناك خطاً ما
I even tried different connections doesn't work, tried deleting it doesn't work ??? It legit isnt working and after deleting it it wont let me log in , it says the same wording above هناك خطاء ما . Fix this as soon as possible i have a session this Sunday .

Bad experience
The therapist decided to transfer my session to another therapist 1 minute before the session starts. Customer service was not helpful at all, the refund took more than 3-weeks to be processed and I had to follow up couple of times to remind them to refund me. Never again!

غير واضح
كثير من المختصين غير متاح معرفة سيرهم الذاتية . بعضهم خريجين علم اجتماع. ولا يوجد وضوح في الفرق بين الاخصائي الطبيب والاخصائي غير الطبيب . وإذا دخلت ملف المختص . نجده كاتب عشرات الحالات التي يمكن علاجها ولما نحجز موعد … يعتذر يقول ليس من اختصاصي
