Hello, thank you for your feedback. It seems there is a misunderstanding about our dual-scoring system. The '75' you saw is strictly the Nutrition Score for macronutrients. We provide a completely separate Ingredient Score (graded A, B, C) for additives. You can tap the 'i' button to see how they are calculated independently. ( numeric score is for nutrient profile, letter score for ingredient profile.) Regarding the tortilla you scanned: We kindly ask you to go back to that specific product in the app and tap directly on the ingredient you consider 'questionable.' When you do, the app will instantly display the summaries of our research gathered from global health organizations with references (like FDA, WHO, EFSA, NIH, OEHHA and more) for that exact ingredient. You will see its safety profile, side effects, and current US regulations right there. If you find that we missed specific information important for safety, please contact us so we can review it. However, if this response clarifies the misunderstanding, we politely request that you reconsider and update your review.

Hello, this claim is factually incorrect and technically impossible within our app. When you scan a barcode, the app searches a live database of over 2.5 million real products. If your product is found, you see that exact product. If your product is NOT found, the app does not show a 'fake' or 'sample' item. Instead, it automatically opens our Manual Scan feature, allowing you to use the camera to read and analyze the actual ingredient text in 9 different languages. There is zero scenario where scanning your own product returns a fake sample.

In our latest update, we’ve introduced a new system that automatically backlogs failed scans. This means that every product that doesn’t scan successfully is sent to our servers and added within the next 24 hours. Our current success rate is already very high — and it continues to improve constantly. As a community-driven platform, you are an important part of that growth, and every scan you make helps us make the app better for everyone. As for the history feature, that’s a fantastic suggestion — and we’re excited to share that it’s already planned for upcoming updates!
