Can’t print after recent update
This was a great little printer until the recent update. I have the PM260 and with the latest update, I can’t get it to print anything. It’s stuck in the printing status mode. It shows printer connected to Bluetooth with a full battery charge. It’s saying the printer top is open when it’s completely closed and also says the label paper is not correct even though it’s the same label roll used before the update. This printer is now no use to me. I’ve tried everything to get it to work without success!!!

I found this neat little label maker on sale for only $13 (!!!!!) and couldn’t NOT buy it.
The label maker is tiny, but capable of so much. Setting it up and connecting it to my phone was so easy. The printer connects via Bluetooth, and the user interface is simple, easy to use, and has a lot of options. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a compact, affordable label maker. You won’t regret it!

My mom got this for me for Christmas. Honestly, this is one of the best gifts she’s ever gotten me. I have a regular printer that is always having error messages and running out of ink so I stopped using it and opted to print at Staples instead. With polono printer, I can still print out forms or mailing labels whenener I need to without worrying about content printing errors and ink. It’s small and easy to use. It easily connects to Bluetooth. I just find it fast, convenient and efficient.

Not working
App isn’t working
Was working fine until update
I have been using this printer with no issues apart from constantly being told I’m not using genuine paper.
After having updated today my printer will only print one label before freezing. I then have to cancel and start again only to get another one label. Yes I am putting in that I want 50 labels but it’s not happening.
I hope this won’t be a permanent thing as I’ll have to go elsewhere. I need labels all the time and can’t afford not to have a working printer 😢

Fantastic gadget
Very easy to set up and use. I recommend it if you have files to do labelling for or even for your jars in the kitchen.

Fantastic little app from what I can see first off. I need to spend a little time to see its full potential though
Was great until recent update
It was 5 stars until the last update when the alignment went wonky. Printing suddenly was vertical instead of horizontal no matter what alignment settings I chose. But today I tried the turn icon set to the vertical and it went back to printing horizontal again. Somehow the setting is backwards.
