LabOptique is a virtual lab to explore and understand light interference, from high school to undergraduate physics.
Investigate many aspects of light interference: from the notion of path difference up to the effects of a glass plate and the concept of coherence length, in a variety of situations — Young's holes or slits (infinitely thin or wide), freely movable sources to recreate a Michelson setup, a diffraction grating, Lloyd's mirror, with a monochromatic source or in white light.
