Fantastic new club in the city!
These clubs are great and I was elated to hear they have just opened a new club in the city of London right by where I work!
Rejuvenated!!
The spa, as everything that you want close to hand!! The sauna, steam room Jacuzzi!!, all clean as it’s all new, with a heathy smile it’s a place to unwind after exercise and just chill.
If you fancy a swim the large pool is there!!
I haven’t tried the treatments yet, but word of mouth clients say, all good. So far really pleased with my experiences!!.🌟

My spa my way
Having a rare medical condition I chose the lab and spa !! the facilities are 1st class and kept clean and tidy. Hygiene is paramount to me as I have liver transplant the team are approachable including the gm.
The refurbishment of the gym is great in many ways and the new bike cross trainer is awesome I will endeavour to use the monkey bars and toboggan! perhaps we can have “old running’s “in recognition of the late John candy.
All in all the members are great and it’s a great place to find some solace

Poor services
Every week something is not working!
One day is Steam room and the other day shower or hairdryer or Tumble-dryer or few are not working at the same time!

Great Club with Great staff
A well run club that does everything right. The staff are lovely and the classes and facilities are excellent. Ally Pally’s best kept secret!
Great app
Easy to use, only thing I would like is to see how many people are at the gym. Also a link so a booked class or swim can go to my phone Calendar. Otherwise good app !
Lab app
This works on my phone only. This does not function on tablets/ iPad. On iPad only part of the image is displayed not allowing one to book a class or access the class remotely . For me the iPhone hasn’t a big enough screen for me to follow the class. Totally frustrating
Not bad but could be better
Quite a good app. Enjoying the online classes. But if you book a class that is full you cannot get yourself off the waiting list through the app. You then can’t book anything else the same day. Sometimes it then blocks you from booking anything else on other days. You then have to call the gym and get yourself clicked off the app which is irritating. Could be improved in that aspect.

Smart change for the Lab Spa
I had one minor issue but it was quickly and easily fixed by calling the club. Otherwise this is a much better booking system than the previous version so I’m really not sure why there are so many negative reviews! When on a class wait list it would be useful to know what position you’re in so as to understand whether or not you have an opportunity to get in.

Terrible
Just get an “unknown error” each time it loads. Tried on two phones, reinstalling, etc. No support offered from the Lab, absolute car crash. Why is this not available also as a web app? Currently have no way to book and no help available to resolve.

Little clunky but does the job. Odd for others to complain about getting classes for both locations- as every member can freely go to both locations.

Intuitive
I’ve enjoyed getting to know this app. I’ve found it intuitive and easy to use. Would quite like colour differentiation between classes in Muswell Hill and those at Mill Hill. In the rush to book I’ve made the odd mistake. Great piece of work in a short timescale. Look forward to seeing what comes next with the next upgrade.

Useless
For me this app does not even proceed to the email verification so I am stuck at the beginning. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t remedy the problem. This is unacceptable

Ridiculous!
Total shambles, unknown errors when trying to book classes and absolutely no app support. Painful beyond belief!
