Frustrating game play

DG clearly put a lot of effort into their stories, animation and ideas for puzzles. However, I find that their puzzles can be frustratingly difficult to complete at times. I struggled with the jigsaw puzzles on this game as you have to place the pieces just so, otherwise they bounce straight out. I eventually gave up and deleted the game once I got to a hidden object game where things were hidden behind items, but if you tap about too much, you are frozen out for 5 seconds. How are you supposed to find things hidden behind items if you don’t tap around the screen?!!

DG, please put more time into testing out the puzzles and ensuring the game does not become frustrating. I’ve experienced this far too often with your games and it puts me off even trialing them.

Maze

The feet don’t move properly through the maze. If I can get them to walk I can walk over the brick fences. Can’t collect anything, can’t move forward. It needs to be fixed.

Bug in the sun clock

The sun clock puzzle seems to be broken. If I click on either the numbers or the sun and they go past twelve or the full sun, the objects just disappear, so for example, trying to change the 12 at the bottom of the clock to 6 is impossible as the object disappears on the first click to be replaced with a black disc. I can in fact, remove all the numbers and suns this way apart from the 1 o’clock position where both the number and sun picture can toggle from 1 to 3 numbers/shapes. I can’t believe this is correct behavior. Ipad 12.9” 4th gen, ipad os 14.1.1

Glitches on Clock Puzzle

Clock numbers and suns completely disappear, leave a black space when you press them. Was really enjoying the game until this happened. Will be deleting as can’t go any further 👎🏼

Annoying

This started out to be one of my fave games. However, at about an hour and a half into it I came up against the Clock Puzzle which just does not let me put in the correct numbers. I’ve looked at walkthroughs and videos but mine does not respond to anything that is shown. Once I go past the number 12 I get a black hole same with the sun disks.

Another glitch

This one glitched at the clock, trying to set the numbers, when it hits 12, instead of going to 1, the number completely disappears and there is just a circle shadow in its place, same for the phases, once you tap it so many times, instead of repeating, it disappears as well….. was really enjoying till it glitched

Bell Game Elaboration

Hello!!

I’m enjoying the game, thus far; but I’m having an issue with the Bell Game……
I’m following the instructions for the game, but they seem confusing. How exactly do you match up “smaller bells of the same size”……

I’ve moved every bell around the grid, but none of them merge.

Glitches

As a previous contributor mentioned some of the mini games are very hard and despite trying for close to 45 mins the jigsaw is impossible to complete as the final pieces don’t lock in so I will be deleting this game and give the labyrinth series a miss completely.

Thought I’d give this game another go, got past the jigsaw now I’ve come to the mini game with the clock and it just doesn’t make any sense this time I’m deleting it and certainly won’t be returning to it, really disappointed as Domini games are generally good

Bugged

There were some mini games that I wasn't able to complete without skipping using gems. Some of the letters/numbers and tuning fork for the guitar wouldn't show up. Also the I got stuck in the maze.

Clock Tower!!

Please fix the clock tower glitch!!! It’s impossible to continue on the story. The sun dials & numbers disappear when clicking yet everysingle walkthrough that doesn’t happen! Is this a setup for failure? If there is no glitch please Step by step explain what your supposed to do to complete it then !!n

Das Spiel hängt sich im 5. Bild auf und lässt sich nicht mehr aktivieren. Gerade vorher 6,99€ investiert. Nichts geht mehr. Nach Neuinstallation genau das Gleiche. Sehr ärgerlich.

Will give more stars when fixed

I’m at the part where you have to save the mermaid. I cannot touch any of the areas to collect items. I’ve tried exiting the game and coming back, but I still can’t touch anything to collect items…this is the first problem I’ve encountered and I have played dozens of your games.

Another great game that hangs

Don’t get me wrong, these guys know how to build a great game, when they work. This is yet another one that hangs part way through the game. In this one, I used the mask and tank to go in the cave and open the portal to the water kingdom and then….hang. Have reloaded, cleared cache, etc. but still cannot progress. Come on guys, get it sorted or I’ll be posting negative reviews.

Update. Contacted support and no response. Very disappointed with the lack of support from these guys and so my advice would be to steer clear of them. Downgraded rating from 5 to 1 so beware.

I was throughly enjoying this game It’s a shame I could not access the puzzles after the sea level just glad it was free to play am dubious about paying for these games now

Full of glitches

This game is full of glitches. Some I have managed to get through and now I’m stuck in the map and the footsteps just don’t respond.
Too many frustrating glitches.
