Game not working
Same issue as the other reviewer. I restore my previous purchase, the game starts, but when I tap on the screen to check out the scene, the Main Menu Screen appears. Every time I go back in to the game, as soon as I tap the screen to start playing, it kicks me back to the main menu screen. Domini support links go nowhere.

STILL NOT WORKING - HAS NOT BEEN FIXED
Multiple reviews that game wants you to purchase game when already purchase. Still not fixed. Same issue. Restored game, uninstalled and reinstalled still wants me to purchase the game which I already bought. This is a 5 when you can play it.

Paid, but not able to play
Bought this game awhile back, and this is the third time I have tried to play it. This time, it acknowledged that I have already purchased the game, but won’t let me proceed.

I’m very disappointed in this game.. I downloaded and paid for it and it still doesn’t work.. it keeps on crashing and telling me that I still have to pay for it.. So I’m not going to give it any stars..

I am a huge fan of Domini games. I have bought just about all of them. After purchasing this game, it does not work. May i please have a refund? or have problem solved? i have troubleshot every possible thing. Please help me! thanks
Cannot Play
The game forces you to buy in full before you even get anywhere. Then you cannot progress. Haven’t received a refund despite Domini being aware of the issue, as mentioned in others reviews. They’ve looked into it and have advised I now contact Apple as they don’t know how to sort the problem. You’d think they’d at least stop others from being able to download the game, knowing full well there’s an issue.
Such a shame, as Domini games are normally fantastic.

Asked to pay immediately then crashed
Only got through the introduction before being asked to pay. After paying it will not go any further just asks you to unlock. Will be asking for a refund. Rubbish. Not what I expect from you guys.

Game wouldn’t play
After only a few minutes the game wanted me to unlock. I kept trying by returning to main menu but to no avail. Paid for the game to unlock it, it made no difference at all, the games just wouldn’t play. Deleted and reinstalled, no difference. Have emailed support and requested a refund from Apple.

I bought this game when it first came out and download it to play again and it will not go past the first page. It keeps asking me to purchase. I click already purchased it says OK but then keeps reverting back to purchase it and not let me play the game
Paid for game but won’t play
Paid £5.99 right at start of game (unusual as usually let’s you play part of the game before payment) but locks immediately and asks you to repay. This is in the first room and every time you focus on something it goes back to start screen and ask you to pay again. Not the standard I expect from labyrinth games

Domini Games support is not responding. I cannot contact anyone in regards to my purchase of this game. I have usually had good luck with your games but for LoW:Island it has been a very unsettling experience. The one time I didn’t read the reviews and I get unsavory results.

Don’t purchase!
This game crashes in the first few clicks when playing. Unfortunately after spending the 6.99 and contacting domini app support. It is very unlikely they will respond let alone refund you! Don’t purchase!
