Fantastic pump, app not so great
The app is just too clunky and not that intuitive. Now I’ve finally worked out how to use it it’s ok but could still be improved.
Would be great if there could be more steps in the pre settings. I like to build up levels a bit more gradually. And to be able to have a step being less than a minute would be good too.
Being able to turn on the sync function before turning the pumps on would be great and being able to choose a pre setting and press go on that too rather than having to start the pumps and choose the pre setting after.

Good pump, shocking app
The app is horrible and has syncing issues on every pump, if I had known this I’d go for a different pump I think. It doesn’t have the ability to tell when it’s in use and you have to manually input the time started, it doesn’t sync in time with each other and drops out of timings during a session. They need to invest it upgrading the app.

Great pumps, terrible app.
The app is in consistent, automatic function has stopped working properly, doesn’t track the time pumping on its own, it’s essentially a basic manual setting platform. You may as well use the buttons on the pumps to run them and track time pumping on your baby app. For such great pumps, the app really lets them down.

LOVE the pumps… HATE the app
Fantastic Pumps but the app is an enormous disappointment. 1 or both pumps timers will stop randomly, the pump level will randomly change mid pump. The post pump summary is completely redundant. Why doesn’t it know what time it started? Why do I constantly have to set a start time and duration in the little end survey.
You cannot edit or delete a pump journal entry but the journal screen will incessantly pop up and is easy to put a zero ml pump in by accident. And I can’t tell you if the custom program feature actually works because I have no successfully made one yet because you have one chance. No edit options, no delete option etc.

Love the pump, Hate the app
The app is so finicky and buggy and half of the time you can’t even see previous pumps when talking to a lactation consultant over supply because it doesn’t even enter the day no matter how many times you tap it. Definitely still needs ALOT of work done to it. I have no complaints about the pumps themselves though

Terrible App
Pumps are great but this app is terrible. The custom mode doesn’t work and it takes ages for the pumps to connect. I can’t recommend Lacevo until they fix they sort the app out.
Effective pump, poor app
I’m loving the pump, pulls as much milk as my hospital grade pump, just takes it double the time but still empties me, however the app is quite a disappointment. The sync button often says it’s synced but it isn’t. The timer randomly stops but pump continues, adjusting strength in app doesn’t always correspond to the pump and buttons aren’t always responsive to what is touched (ie. pause, stop, function, intensity etc)
For such a lux and effective pump, it’s a shame the app isn’t up to the same standard. Please fix! I’d like to not be checking and adjusting regularly throughout a session, otherwise, might as well use the hospital grade.

The app has great potential. The current features are amazing but they need work to be smoother: the sync isn’t that good, if you press pause/ play sometimes the pump will keep going and you have to press twice to pause. When I’ve had it synced while running a program for whatever reason the app changes the mode I’m in or the suction lvl from 4 to 1. Oh also please make it so we can add steps in the pre-settings! Please make it possible to sync BEFORE you have to start the pumps 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Terrible
The app isn’t great at all you can connect Bluetooth and it still gives out on you and freezes. Can’t control the levels and to calculate the milk volume you have to add it every single time and it don’t just stay on daily. The levels also changes on its own. I recommend getting another device to track what you need. Thought the pumps and case is very NICE!

So easy to use!
I love this app. Pumping with my Lacevo wearables is already a breeze but this makes it even easier. So many great features but all in a really easy to understand format so I can keep track of my sessions. Love that I can have custom preset sessions and alerts for when I need to pump. Awesome and highly recommend.

App functions awfully
Took me two days to actually connect both pumps to the app at the same time, then they wouldn’t sync. Now when I open the app while using the pumps the pump settings change randomly or the timer changes. Anything I add into the calendar disappears once I close the app.
The pumps themselves are okay considering what I paid for them, if given the chance I probably wouldn’t purchase again. I like the idea of the flange size kit and the wet bag etc but it’s really not that great. The buttons on the pump also fall in after some use and sometimes just change the settings mid pump. Learnt that when my nipple nearly got ripped off randomly. The customer service team were useless too, suggesting the issues were because the parts hadn’t been replaced for a period of time, even though it had only been used for 2 months in total.

Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t stay connected and doesn’t link properly to the right & left pump. Totally useless.
Needs attention ASAP
This app would have to be the worst i’ve ever used. I specifically purchased this pump because it’s advertised in being able to track pump volumes via the app. So far, the app resets as soon as you exit it so you have no idea what time you’re up to unless pulling the pump out manually, the Bluetooth drops out and I cannot view live pump volumes what-so-ever. I’d suggest not using the app at all, it’s useless and needs a complete overhaul.

I LOVE this pump! It’s really effective, the sizing kit & range of flange sizes is unbeatable with other pumps.
The timer not staying synced when outside of the app & when my phone locks is a huge usability downfall. It’s taken me quite a while to work out that it wasn’t working.
If you could please prioritise a fix that would be unreal & bring the app up to scratch to align with the quality of the pump

Timer Reset Issue
The app frequently resets on the timer, so if you hop out to do something on another app and come back into this one, you have no idea where you’re up to in the 30min cycle. Makes it really hard to manage the time as efficiently as we’d like to.
New version is better
This app is great for keeping track of my pump times and I like that you can sync both sides automatically or turn the feature off when needed!
Terrible app
App doesn’t really work. I need to keep it on my phone screen otherwise it resets itself. Sometimes it syncs with the device and most of the time it doesn’t. The pump is good by itself. It would have been good to have a workable app to use with the pumps.
