Basically useless
Clunky app. No way of knowing if you are connecting left or right pump. Yes it controls the pump which is useful when you are out and about or wearing something where it is not easy to access the controls. This needs an urgent upgrade.
Great pump, terrible app
The pump is great but the app lets it down and cause me frustration every use. When connecting via blue tooth, you can’t know if you’re connecting to the left or right. I regularly have to close and reopen the app because it can’t find it connect to either side. Once you get them connected, there is often a disconnect between the two—sometimes whatever adjustments I make on the app don’t register on the pump and do nothing happens. You can only really use it in night mode because the day mode is so bright you can’t actually see anything. I suggest an urgent upgrade is needed on the app. Pumping can be hard enough at 3am, even when your kit works.

Good pump, bad app
The pump is great but the app is terrible. Struggles to connect to the pumps. Isn’t clear which pump you’re connecting to. Connects then won’t allow you to control the pump. I’m yet to work out why it’s worth having the app at this stage.
Cannot connect
The app won’t load when clicking on the Bluetooth icon to connect resending it useless.
Amazing pump!
I’m imp is incredible and love the app and the control of the pump. However noticed that it didn’t save my first input. For some reason it has deleted.
App is pointless
Love the pump, but App is not helpful. It wasn’t clear to me initially that the app just controls the pump (as an option) but doesn’t record / track your volume.
Terrible app
Pump is great but the app is terrible. Constantly have to re connect the Bluetooth and it’s not clear if you are connecting the left or right pump. App is very buggy and needs a massive update. Very expensive pump so expected more from the app
Needs work
While the pump is great, the app could do with some work. You can’t delete or edit data once it has been submitted, so you need to be super careful to accurately record information as any errors are there for good. I also would have expected, for a product this expensive, that the app would automatically record pumping session times based on the pump being turned on and off. Having to manually input this means there really isn’t much use for the app at all. I could use any pumping recording app (and there are many better) to manually input the sessions and just work the pumps straight from the device.
Also the description is incorrect. There is no option to set alarms for reminders in this app.
