Helpful for Lactose Intolerance !
This app has been amazing for detecting lactose in my meals. Some things are obvious like milk or cheese but sometimes lactose is hidden in the ingredients and it’s not apparent to me. That’s where this app comes in- i take a picture in the app and it scans my photo through each item and gives me a % chance of lactose in there based on the typical ingredients for each item. I love it!! Has made my lactose intolerance more manageable in day to day eating! Highly recommend this app
