Great game
I’m honestly surprised there aren’t more 4 or 5 star reviews. This is an amazing game with gorgeous pixel art. An interesting whodunnit with a good story to boot. So if that’s remotely your thing—give this game a try, you’ll really enjoy it.
Cool game, plagued by bugs
This game is really well done and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Unfortunately it verges on unplayable with the amount it freezes. This honestly wouldn’t be a huge deal except that you can’t save so you lose some of your progress when it freezes. It’s frustrating to have to go back and repeat the same scenes. Most freezes happen after using the “investigate” button so that’s clearly an issue. Only buy this if you’re willing to play scenes over again.

I saw reviews calling this bugged but thought it would be fixed by now. Can’t move my character. Clearly, not fixed.

Amazing Game
Great art, great voice acting, great story! Worked perfectly fine on my iPad Air and felt like I was using an in-game device when reading email, news, or sheets.
Sorry but you’ve got to be a moron to download this on your phone (who plays games like this on a phone???), and contact developers if you have issues with your device rather than leaving a review, it’s not difficult.
You’ll def love this game if you’re into point and click adventures and scifi mysteries!

Won’t even start!
I really would like to play this game that I purchased, but it shuts off at the preview screen! Right when I see, “Assemble Entertainment” the game shuts off. I’ve deleted off my tablet twice now and downloaded it again, it’s still not working. I’ve reported the issue, I’ll have to request a refund if it doesn’t work.

I have exactly the same problem on my ipad mini. Was enjoying the game, but now cannot move!
Game crashes. Can’t get past a certain point
This is a great game. However. It crashes at ‘the briefing’ where you have to examine evidence on a pin board in your office. All of the evidence is so close together you can’t make out each one. Then the game crashes and you can’t move. At the moment I have paid £5 for a game I can’t complete and I’m not very happy. Avoid until they fix this bug.

if only the game didn’t freeze on me at 64% complete. tried half a dozen times submitting a sheet and every time I do the game movement locks up. literally can’t play anymore. very disappointing.

Investigation mode bug
Similar to other review, there is a bug in the Moore sequence where once you investigate the pin board the controls are lost. Even submitting the sheet doesn’t restore them.
Overall, the controls and mechanics are awkward for mobile - the targets are small and the joystick huge so that your thumb obscures a good portion of the screen. The game is largely conversion based so you will spend most of it walking back and forth talking to NPCs to collect evidence and select conclusions. Too few opportunities to use some of the more creative interactions like investigation mode.
The noir mood is really cool, love the musings to reveal the players inner thoughts. Lots of potential, just needs work to make it suitable for mobile.

It’s really hard to get anything done because this game is so buggy…and I’m using iPhone 14 pro already…
