Very rarely works

Works occasionally but been plenty of times i have gone to log in and it just will not let me log in. Same with the sportsbook app constantly crashes

Awful app

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. Not because of the poker games but it just doesn’t work. I entered a free to play poker tournament with over 1000 entries and won. Never received my prize and come to realise nothing works. Tickets link didn’t show my free ticket. The history conveniently didn’t bring up anything either. Just a blank page. 4 hours wasted. Then live chat. What a disgrace. They basically have a bit messing every few kind saying we are looking. Then they cut you off. Unless anyone involved with this app gets in touch I will leave at least one terrible review every day until someone gets in touch. Avoid this app because it’s so non user friendly. Someone please email me.

Whole thing is rigged

Poker players cheat all day long, they will tell you they have stuff in place to stop that but it’s pure lies. Lucky tap games are awful, you play 20 quid then only win 80p. Most their poker players win with none winning hands. Complete fishes. If you google ladbrokes it’s one of the worst rated sites on trust pilot, they’ve also been in the paper and fined billions. Awful awful company stay away

Brilliant

Amazing app i almost won 300 but I made a stupid mistake, one of the best poker apps in the world right now! I would Definitely advise any of those that are good at poker to play!

It’s alright but…

I’m wandering if there has been an increase in people losing a hand! All these poker sites seem obsessed with ‘one handed poker’? As a result nearly every poker site is now in portrait mode (except for pokerstars). The people who design these apps obviously haven’t got a clue about poker. Unlike slot games, poker tournaments can go on for hours or days at a time. But hey, if you’ve only got one hand, then you’ll be just fine!

Avoid this app!!!

Ok i have so much to say about this app that i don't know where to begin... Ladbrokes really! you go with a pair of kings they have aces you go with nines they have 10s you get a pair of aces they win with either a straight or three of a kind on the river relentlessly... It's not about skill it's about wether they decide it's time for you to be out in almost all cases it's right when your about to get in the money see you later because you won't win a hand! You enter a tournament for good money you won't win anything.. Yet you join a free game you can't lose you win tickets into next tournament then the next which takes hours of your time! and once your ready to start winning the money you will get hand after hand of nothing so you just end up getting blinded out and win nothing! there's always a player who can't lose and i'm almost adamant it's a computerised player from Ladbrokes. I wish i could show all my games to everyone since i started this. People go all in with garbage and win it's so unrealistic i'm moving to another poker site i've put my last pound into this site. It's so bad that everyone should boycott it. I really hope this review helps anyone looking to join a poker site not to join this. It will just end up making you very angry i'll be joining another site as of now!

also Ladbrokes i don't want any of your pre written reply's as they don't help unless you completely change the site where it's fair and more about skill i would never play again! Also going with your review stats from everyone im surprised you even have any customers still using your poker site!

Waste of time, no skill required

This game requires no skill whatsoever. Every time I try to bluff a good hand it always throws out the stupidest of cards so the other person wins. May as well just go all in every hand and hope for the best. Also gives players far too long to call which can be painful at times. App tries to keep you on it for unnecessarily long periods of time. Spend hours playing to win nothing. Also winnings from free rolls paid as poker points. Deleting after this review is written

Confusion?

OK the app is a bit flaky. Most times your tickets show, sometimes they don’t. Most times a link works, sometimes it doesn’t. Most times every page opens smoothly, sometimes not.
BUT, the problem with some reviews here is that people are confusing the app, the Ladbrokes poker skin, and the network. They’re not the same and a lot of the reviews are in effect a criticism of the Party network with which Ladbrokes have affiliated. The Coral app is a bit better but you’ll see some of the same issues because that uses the same network as this.

Scroll

Unable to scroll up or down under sports menu. Worked fine for a couple of years and been very happy with it for my horses. Uninstall and re-install has not fixed problem

Unrealistic

Absolute terrible poker site, after late registration finishes you always lose a all in to a player with higher chips.

Played on this site a lot longer than I should because it’s terrible.

If your happy to cheated then download app cause that’s what happens more often than not

Latest update is baaaaadd

Latest update has made the graphics flasher (who really cares) but now the cashier function doesn't work so I can't deposit more money. I mean, what the actual....?! Also, help button doesn't function. Come on boffins...sort it out!!!!

Poker tournament night mare find

When trying to find the poker free roll tournament, it’s a nightmare to find it, it just doesn’t show up anywhere and when you ask customer service they give you a link and when you click on the link it doesn’t take you any where. Shame cause I could be spending some money with Ladbrokes but instead I spend it at skybet poker. And

Can't even set up an account

Tried setting up an account, which stalled at adding a ‘nickname’.
Contact support and told (rudely) to delete the app, restart my router, clear all my cookies history and log in from a different device. Then kicked me out of the chat! Thanks JAKE
Doesn’t bode well for how the app will function.
Serious to Ladbroke, imagine if this is first experience using your services. You just don’t want to use your service it’s so poor!
It’s not fit for purpose!

dont bother

dont bother with ladbrokes poker when u go on a fast forward game and leave even when u go back on the app hours later it says ur money is still in the game so ur balance ist there live chat dont have a clue have to email them for it to be put back in ur balance im still waiting for a reply so ridiculous ...... i cant even play i have cash in there but its still on a table that doesnt exist so stupid 4 hours later havnt had an email back and my funds are still in a non existant table so frustrating when you want to play go elsewhere where people answer you and inow what there doing because live chat havnt a clue amd when you click app support --->> to the right of "write a review " that doesnt work either haha so quick to take your money but when you have a problem that should never of been a problem live chat are clueless and tell you to email amd you wait all day will be withdrawing when i finally get my money bavk and going else where what a joke UPDATE now it wont even let me log in hahaha ladbrokes id give up if i was you why change something that was perfectly fine and did a 4 year old create this app that is exactly the same as another poker site

Free roll poker

What an absolute joke this app has become. Since they’ve changed the format I have been unable to take part in the daily free roll poker tournament. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and unless Ladbrokes sorts this out soon I will be deleting the app and will never use it again. It worked so well before and now it’s completely unusable. You haven’t even got the decency to reply to everyone’s comments in person so we all receive a generic reply. This app has gone down hill and is now completely useless. Take a look at all the reviews and do something about it. All you have done is take take take and to make things worse the chips that I had over time built up I can’t use!! This is now an absolute disgrace!!!

Far worse than it was before

Ladbrokes poker was ok before. Could sort games easily and knew where everything was. This update is a massive degrade on the original version. Had multiple issues logging in when I had to get the new app, just logged in to check it out and looks horrendous. PLEASE REVERT BACK TO HOW IT WAS

This is a joke

There must be some reason why they replaced a decent if not amazing poker site with something so basic and annoying. I guess it is to do with switching from euros to dollars but who knows? It certainly looks like a desperate effort to “put out something .... anything!” Not good enough - I shall be taking my chips elsewhere.

Not happy!!!

Was building up my poker percentage to release my 1st £5 ,which I was close to completion ,now you’ve decided to completely change the app and points system very annoyed and to top it off can’t even log in , all take and no give!! Why have you even bothered to change the app in a time like this ? If I could give minus stars I would, why change something that isn’t broke , this new app better be amazing and the points I’ve earned transferred!!

Confused

Finally able to log in after uninstalling and reinstalling... graphics are not an improvement. The daily £1100 free roll is found purely by chance and does not appear in the list of tournaments.
Whether the other mini free rolls are still there is anybody’s guess.
Everything is now in dollars.... overall very disappointing and a change for the worse.
Agree with the other comments, hopefully will improve over the next few days.
If not I can’t imagine keeping this which is a shame as it WAS imo the best poker app around.

Can’t log in!!

As noted by a previous review. Can log on to Casino site, but won’t allow me to access the poker app. Keeps telling me to check my credentials, but despite scouring all the help elements can find nothing to indicate what I need to do to solve the problem. Had hoped that Ladbrokes would solve the issue overnight - no such luck😡
