First time I changed to the new app and I played to this app. And when I lost a lot of money they changed my deposit limit and just 200$ per week. I’ll never ever played this app again. Say bye for this one.

I tried placing a live bet on call, first I had to wait 4 min for them to pick up the call and the odds were gone down so much there was no point left to bet. And the live scores and so delayed you can cash out on the right time. Sports bet is much much much better than this stupid app.
Promo banned for nothing!!!
Place 3 horse racing bets with miney back for 2nd and 3rd when you open account and you’ll be banned from laddies and neds.

Long term ‘black’ user
I’ve decided to not use them anymore. The initial experience was good and fast however now as a long term “premium” user the bonus conditions and such is consistently poor that I can’t be bothered talking to the “support” team anymore.
Better odds can usually be found on bet365 and if you want a more seamless experience, can’t go wrong with sports bet. Overall, almost anywhere is better than ladbrokes when compared to the other big boys

Phenomenally slow
I used to use Ladbrokes whenever I wanted to put a bet on quickly but the speed it takes to load the app now is prohibitive. It’s not even worth trying. I’ll go somewhere else.
Duplicitous
Despite heavily advertising their promotions to me, I became promo banned for using them too much according to Ladbrokes. Be careful with this agency.

Scammers. They do not even show cashout option when your team is up but shows least possible amount when team is losing.
Very unclear app, worse customer service
It’s hard to determine what does and doesn’t qualify for the promotional offers the app provides, you can’t watch races and sports like Sportsbet, there’s no player out in the first half reimbursement and their service is non existent when contacted despite trying multiple chats they simply didn’t respond. They did seem to at least get my
comms to close the account but and were able to action that so that’s something! Back to Sportsbet it is however as ladbrokes were atrocious.

Suspended Account and Never Answers Calls
Suspended my account for “safe gambling” reasons. Said I had to call the Safe Gambling number but was put on hold forever 3 times.

Didnt like the app.All feed betslip is powered AI.They canceled the whole bet if the player is not playing.I had odds of 78 and everything out correct but one player didnt played my bet got refund lmao.So better not to use this app.Goodbye
Fixed odd that are not fixed, they make excuses deductible for those reasons are not acceptable.

New update
The new update is terrible. The formate is slow they have tried to copy Sportsbet but is a total fail. Putting tennis, nba multis on with this new formate is a mess. I really hope a lot of ppl complain and they go back to the way it was before.
