About

What is a Ladders Workout and How It Works? In Ladders workouts, you REST as much as you TRAIN. How? - You start by setting up your total workout time. 5-8 min - Once started, an inner timer starts counting up as you TRAIN. - Perform the minimum and easiest number of reps at the first cycle. - Hit REST and the inner timer will count back down. - When it ends the app says 'GO' and starts counting up again. - As you go up in cycles you go up in reps until half fatigue. For Ex: Push-Ups Ladders Workout reps : 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 9 and so on until total time is up. Notice here, 7 reps is considered the minimum easiest number of reps. Also Note: 10 alone is not half fatigue, BUT when you reach it, you will have sequentially preformed 7 + 8 + 9 = 24 reps, so 10 reps in this case would be half fatigue. This is just an example. You should pick your suitable number of reps. - When you feel you need more rest simply tap one the rest extenders. - The main goal is to perform a rep with full control and good quality. - By following along you will have a fulfilling workout without so much fatigue. Now you know what Ladders workout is and how it works. Go ahead and explore the app, play with the settings and tweak them to your liking. Rest Trigger Convenience! Sometimes you cannot access your phone very often between cycles to trigger the rest count down. In order to assure convenience, the app offers a couple of ways to trigger rest other than the normal button. - By voice raise (using mic level only). - By voice action (using speech recognition). You also can be in a gym of some place that a voice raise can be falsely detected. Don't worry the app takes care of that. You can adjust trigger sensitivity inside settings to make rest trigger only when you need. Also you can connect your wired or bluetooth headset and have it selected for voice raise monitoring. Monitor your streak! This app helps with commitment. Once you complete your first Ladders workout a streak will start. Train every day. Try not to lose it. Also you can do multiple workouts in a day. It will also be counted for you. Statistics Overview! Every workout saves the rounds details giving you the opportunity to view them and make improvements. You can view training details after every workout or inside days streak page. We Made Feedback Easy! Whenever and wherever you want to suggest a feature, report a problem or send us a tip, Please do so by tapping “Feedback” in app menu. You will see another view of the app, giving you the ability to make some annotations over the app itself as an image, and of course a field for your textual description. Feel free to pass in your email in order to have a way to receive a response back. Terms of Use: https://ladders.bsaeid.dev/support/terms-and-conditions.pdf
