Finally an app to learn proper Punjabi!
So grateful for this app, it’s Duolingo but pure Punjabi / Gurmukhi without being mixed with Hindi. Thankful to learn my mother tongue through this app!

the best way to learn later in life
as a child, i always refused to go to punjabi school. everyone already spoke it, and i didn’t want to embarrass myself. but as i got older, and i couldnt talk to my elder relatives, i realised the importance in learning our mother tongue. this app teaches that in the best way. interactive lessons, script teachings, the works. today, i held a full conversation in punjabi. and this app helped me do that!

it’s so good i can’t believe it
Easy to navigate and helpful, even without paying
I downloaded the app two days ago, and I’m enjoying it a ton. I know some Punjabi through my family, but have struggled up until this point with forming sentences and pronunciation. I haven’t encountered any issues so far, and the free tier is amazing- I haven’t felt like it’s limited at all. I’m excited to continue my lessons on here. It’s definitely an app worth trying :-)

Early Stages
I think this app is great for learning Punjabi so far. But a note to the developers: please show the corrections when a sentence is incorrect. As a native english speaker I am trying to understand the sentence structure without using google translate, but because this app doesn’t actually show me what I did wrong I have been leaving some lessons very confused.

Thank you for feedback. For the next update, we'll work on incorporating a feature that shows users the correct answers if they get a question wrong. We'll also implement a guidebook feature that gives the users some guidance on relevant sentence structure/grammar concepts during their lessons. Thanks again for the advice, we hope this will help!
